Understaffed, overcomplicated processes, computer/printer does not delete settings of previous users so one needs to double check everything or else risk wasting money. Special circumstances like having to crawl through several sub-menus to print in colour are not stated anywhere.
Staff seems to not be well trained either and was only able to help by trial and error.
