Kundenanfragen werden grundsätzlich ignoriert, auch mehrfaches Nachfragen ändert daran nichts. Telefonisch ist ebenfalls niemand zu erreichen. Wenn man so etwas ohnehin nicht braucht kann man gleich bei Amazon & Co kaufen. I can not understand the positive reviews of this shop. Customer inquiries are generally ignored, even multiple requests do not change anything. Nobody can be reached by phone either. If you don't need something like this anyway, you can buy it at Amazon & Co.

Oder man bekommt eine Mail soll den Mäher zurück schicken wenn dies ist oder dies wird es kostenpflichtig Hallo Leute wofür die Garantie dann??? Das Ding ist keine 2 Jahre alt. Selbst in den ersten 2 Monaten im Betrieb brauchte ich einen neuen Akku. Das Problem ist jetzt fast genauso warum einschicken??? I'm actually at peace with the mower, but now I have a bigger problem. But unfortunately you no longer get an answer via these emails. Or you get an email to send the mower back if this is the case or it will be charged. Hello folks, what is the guarantee for? The thing is not 2 years old. Even in the first 2 months of operation, I needed a new battery. The problem is now almost the same why send in ???
