★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice wird nicht besonders groß geschrieben. War dort um Steckschlüssel und Schrauben zu kaufen. Natürlich, daran wird nicht viel verdient. Aber wofür gehe ich denn in ein FACHgeschäft!? Verkäufer wollte sich nicht die nötige Zeit nehmen und gab mir das Gefühl, unerwünscht zu sein. Lustlos und gestresst zugleich. Schade!
Customer service is not very important. Was there to buy sockets and screws. Of course, not much is earned from it. But what am I going to do in a specialist shop !? Seller didn't want to take the time and made me feel like I wasn't wanted. Listless and stressed at the same time. Pity!
