Wir wurden zeitnah mit einem Termin versorgt und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren super nett. Trotz kurzer Wartezeit, wurde diese mit einem Kaffee überbrückt. Sehr gerne wieder. Die Arbeit an der Windschutzscheibe wurde ordentlich durchgeführt. Unfortunately we had a rockfall on the highway with an immediate scratch in the windshield. We were promptly provided with an appointment and the on-site staff were super nice. Despite a short waiting time, this was bridged with a coffee. Lovely again. Work on the windshield was done properly.

Dazu gab's um 8 Uhr morgens einen Kaffee und viele insider Tipps für die Wartezeit in Salzburg. Top service. Professionally carried out and we got the appointment at short notice because we absolutely had to install the pane before our return trip. There was also a coffee at 8 a.m. and lots of insider tips for the waiting time in Salzburg.

Danach bekommt man Rechnungen welche Falsch aufgelistet sind und bei einen Anruf in der Buchhaltung wird man regelrecht angeschrien obwohl Sie eindeutig an den Fehler selber schuld sind. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und bin absolut schockiert. Finger Weg. The service is an absolute disgrace. Then you get invoices that are listed incorrectly and when you call the accounting department, you are literally yelled at, even though you are clearly to blame for the mistake. I've never experienced anything like this and I'm absolutely shocked. Hands off.

Die ganzen Unterschriften auf den Tablets finde ich etwas besser zu gestalten weil keine Infos dabei stehen was man unterschreibt. Sind eher Administrator Punkte. Von der Reparatur und Service auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Was OK. Everything exactly discussed and friendly. 1 star deduction because you don't get anything written after the appointment. I find the whole signatures on the tablets to be a little better because there is no information about what you sign. Are more administrator points. Definitely recommendable from the repair and service.

Which made me replace the whole screen. Also the screen at other shop was very cheap than the price they offered. Not recommended at all.
