Davor bei 2 anderen Werkstätten
Fehlerauslesen lassen (Motorkontrollleuchte, Additive Fehler, Turbodruck zu Hoch) und mir wurde gesagt die Reperatur würde ca 2500 Euro kosten.
Bin dann zu euch gekommen und man wurde sofort sehr nett Empfangen.
Beim Auto wurde der Fehlerspeicher Ausgelesen und es kam der Mechaniker zu mir und Erklärte mir was alles zu machen wäre.
Es wurde alles ganz genau erklärt und was alles zusammen ausmachen würde.
Als ich denn Preis für die Reperatur hörte war ich sehr verblüfft.
Der Preis war 2/10 von dem der anderen Werkstätten.
Mir wurde noch mal gesagt was alles gemacht wird und nicht das nur Teile Getauscht werden, sondern das man die Fehlerhaften Teile Repariert.
Als ich mein Auto abholte bei euch war er auch noch komplett Gewaschen worden und das Gratis obendrein.
Ich möchte mich auf diesen Weg nochmal Bedanken bei dem Volvo Schmidt Team.
10/10 Punkte für Service und wie mit Kunden Umgegangen wird. (Die keinen Neuwagen Besitzen mein Volvo bj 2007)
Was with you with my Volvo for a repair.
Before that at 2 other workshops
Read out errors (engine control light, additive errors, turbo pressure too high) and I was told the repair would cost around 2500 euros.
Then I came to you and you were immediately received very nicely.
The fault memory of the car was read out and the mechanic came to me and explained to me what everything could be done.
Everything was explained in detail and what everything would make up together.
When I heard the price for the repair, I was very amazed.
The price was 2/10 of that of the other workshops.
I was told again what everything is done and not only that parts are exchanged, but that the defective parts are repaired.
When I picked up my car from you, it was completely washed and the free one on top of that.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Volvo Schmidt team again.
10/10 points for service and how customers are dealt with. (Who do not own a new car, my Volvo from 2007)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to take your car for service check, Pickerl or whatever. I also got there a second key for my car which the first dealer (where I bought the car) was postponing it since weeks. Very easy and quick.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional, I really enjoy the visits there. When in trouble or misunderstandings, they go the extra mile to make the customer happy.
