★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich jetzt einige Negativ-Bewertungen gelesen habe, möchte ich dazu sagen, dass ich bis Dato immer sehr zufrieden war. Kundenservice sehr nett, Preis-Leistung passend! Schnelle, professionelle Abwicklung.
 After reading some negative reviews, I would like to say that I have always been very satisfied up to now. Customer service very nice, value for money appropriate! Fast, professional processing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja, wenn mann hier ein gebrauchtes Auto kaufen möchte, und nicht genau schaut kauft man ein defektes Auto mit Maderbiss. Seitenspiegel auch defekt, aber wir gesagt wenn man nicht genau schaut.... Der Verkäufer auch alles andere als Sympathisch. Hier würde ich definitiv kein Auto kaufen. 1 Stunde später bei einem sehr kompetenten Autohaus in der Moosstrasse das perfekte Auto gefunden.
Well, if you want to buy a used car here and don't look closely, you buy a defective car with a Maderbite. Side mirrors also defective, but we said if you don't look closely .... The seller is anything but sympathetic. I definitely wouldn't buy a car here. 1 hour later I found the perfect car at a very competent car dealership on Moosstrasse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäufer sind ziemlich überheblich und man merkt richtig, dass sie einem etwas aufschwatzen wollen. Es wird nicht auf Wünsche eingegangen. Die Autos sind im Vergleich zu anderen Händlern doch recht teuer. Unser jetziges Auto wurde von dem Mitarbeiter extrem schlecht gemacht.
Werkstatt ist gut, aber kaufen würd ich hier nichts.
The salespeople are quite arrogant and you can tell that they want to talk you into something. Requests are not taken into account. The cars are quite expensive compared to other dealers. Our current car was made extremely badly by the employee.
Workshop is good, but I wouldn't buy anything here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe nur das Kennzeichenlicht bei meinem Toyota austauschen lassen. Hat 3,12€ gekostet, für die Arbeit wurde nichts verrechnet und ich wurde sogar auf einen Kaffee eingeladen. Musste nicht nach Anif fahren wo ich Toyota Stammkunde bin, Öfag liegt nahe an meinem Arbeitsplatz. Danke!
I just had the license plate light replaced on my Toyota. It cost €3.12, nothing was charged for the work and I was even invited for a coffee. Didn't have to go to Anif where I'm a regular Toyota customer, Öfag is close to where I work. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I was interested in obtaining a quote for a car that I wanted to buy, but the retailer didn't give me any information about a personalised offer. He just told me to look on the brochure. I also asked for a test drive on a Saturday morning, out of working time, but he told me it was not possible since on that day it was not covered by insurance. That was the only car dealer which was not willing to give me a Saturday test drive.
