Citroen C5 weiß um 9.990 Am ersten Tag nicht einmal 20 km gefahren leuchtete beim Auto die Motorkontrollleuchte und fing das Auto zum unten fahrt zu stoppen Danach brachte ich das Auto zurück nach 2 Tagiger Werkstatt Aufenthalt bekomme ich das Auto zurück die Sagten mir war Sommerdiesel die Ursache ( ich weiß aber nicht was Unterschied beim Diesel mit Jahreszeit) Sogar beim Heimfahrt war das Problem wieder fuhr wieder zurück wieder ein 4 oder 5 tägige Werkstatt Aufenthalt Ergebnis wieder nix. Natürlich danach wollte ich das Auto zurückgeben ich kanns mir nicht vorstellen das irgendwer um 10000 EUR auto kauft und ist nur in Werkstatt. Die sagten mir die nehmen Auto zurück aber ziehen mir 1000 Euro ab die ich nichts dafür kann und haben das auch. 1000 EUR abgezogen weil die den Auto nicht richten konnten. Danach war so das dies Auto Partikkelfilter Problem gehabt hat. Und jetzt steht das Auto wieder zu Verkauf da. Aber um 12 300 Euro War wahrscheinlich Reparatur zu teuer In January 2019 I bought a car from this dealership. Service ist super und Preis passt auch immer. Daumen hoch I am absolutely thrilled with this car dealership. The staff are funny and totally nice. All of them from the workshop are also great. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Servicepoint sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; ich konnte ohne Termin mit geringer Wartezeit auf die Leistung der Werkstatt warten. Ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter hat mir ausführlich die Sachlage geschildert und den Wagen so bereitgestellt, dass ich ohne Bedenken die 800 km Heimreise antreten konnte. Und das wegen einer Garantieleistung für fremdes Fahrzeug! Resümee: Tolle Werkstatt, Top Mitarbeiter, da kann sich so manch eine Werkstatt ein Beispiel nehmen. The staff at the service point are very friendly and courteous; I was able to wait for the workshop to perform without an appointment with little waiting time. A competent employee described the situation to me in detail and provided the car in such a way that I could start the 800 km journey home without hesitation. And that's because of a guarantee for someone else's vehicle! Summary: Great workshop, top employees, many a workshop can take an example.
