Get the right handler and they wash the car and drive it to the entrance. Get a bad one just decline him and ask for another, until you get a good one.

the garage is great - the shop not soooo... the sales there are not that kind.. i mean you are going to buy a 50k++ car.. they could be more friendly..

Arrogant and unprofessional workers. A hilarious attitude of the manager to the client, caused by their own misunderstanding between the staff. Really disappointed in Wiesenthal Donaustadt. My strong suggestion to the potential clients, avoid this showroom at any means.

Poor Customer relations! I do not reccomend anyone to buy a car from this showroom. Do not even go there for Service your car or a Test Drive. They do not respect customer's time.

While the diplomatic sale is really good, almost all the rest is simply … disgraceful! After one year of repeated contacts with Wiesenthal Donaustadt and their employees, I can identify a star employee (the car vendor) and a bunch of highly inefficient and uncultivated staff. Experiences made range from unacceptable waiting times (while half of the staff in the reception hall are engaged in surfing on their mobile phones) to damages to new car parts (due to pure negligence), employees facing customers not wearing masks in closed space (despite lockdown and recent COVID-19 cases amongst the staff), replacement car unavailable although booked weeks in advance, technical issues flagged more than once but unresolved. I rarely found such a concentration of incompetence and lack of acumen in one single place. Never could imagine it would help with a Mercedes dealer in charge of diplomatic sales. As one would say in German “Oben hui, unten pfui!”… To conclude: I enjoyed the experience with Wiesenthal Donaustadt so much that I asked another Mercedes service center, which I now use, to remove the frame with the Wiesenthal name around my plate. -> Stay away from Wiesenthal Donaustadt, look for any other car dealer in Vienna and surroundings and you will surely receive a better treatment.

As you can see from the invoice we did the 50.000 kilometer service on the 08/02/2022 to the car dealer we bought the car. Last week i start to drive to go to Italy and left early in the morning, at some point the brake pad sensor switch on. I went straight to a garage that changed the 2 back brake pads on the back of the car. The garage told me that if I would have drove back to Vienna like that I would have damaged the disc and incurred in a much higher cost! As you can see from the pictures the wear of the brake is considerable and not something that can occur in a month, since we rarely use the car only when we are going for a trip.(if the garage wish to check my mileage I will be more than happy to provide it) The invoice for the service was not cheap and I assumed that in the service you check all part that could be damaged for wear and tear. My feeling is that Wiesenthal Donaustadt is not taking care of his loyal customers as it supposed to be. A high standard company that should represent Mercedes at his best, should provide a more complete service! Disgraceful!
