Das gesamte Team ist sehr sympathisch und herzlichst. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter. Take a lot of time and be very patient with questions. When picking up the car, explain exactly and precisely all functions of the optional equipment. The entire team is very personable and warm. We are happy to recommend it.

Ist eine Person nicht da (Mittagspause oder aber auch Urlaub) bearbeitet niemand anderer den Auftrag und das bei einer so simplen Angelegenheit wie einem defekten Autoschlüssel! Der Mechaniker selbst war aber sehr nett und hat meine Fragen sehr freundlich und ausführlich beantwortet. The service team in the office is not only very unfriendly, but also rather poorly organized. If a person is not there (lunch break or vacation), nobody else processes the order, and it is as simple as a broken car key! The mechanic himself was very nice and answered my questions very friendly and in detail.

Dass man generell nie glücklich ist, wenn man eine Werkstatt braucht und ungeplante Kosten auf einem zukommen, liegt auf der Hand - dafür können jedoch diese Firma und deren Bediensteten nichts. Ich empfehle allen, bei Missverständnissen oder Problemen nach möglichen Lösungen, welche für alle Seiten akzeptabel sind zu fragen - und das gilt überall, nicht nur in der Werkstatt. Always trying to find a solution for and in the interests of the customer. It goes without saying that you are generally never happy when you need a workshop and unplanned costs are incurred - but this company and its employees cannot do anything about that. I recommend everyone, in the event of misunderstandings or problems, to ask for possible solutions that are acceptable to all parties - and that applies everywhere, not just in the workshop.

V	Volodia Kotylo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to replace right DRL LED on Kia Cee'd after 2.5 years after her birth. Kia replied that it's warranty case, I should go to dealer. Went to this one, they've ordered whole lamp (probably replacing just controller is easier and cheaper, but in EU maybe they don't play around with such mods)), should take 3 weeks. In a month lady-boss called to me, said it's arrived. Went there and after 30 minutes in total drove away with BOTH new lights. They speak English, friendly. Since it's warranty case, I didn't pay anything. Nice. Can't say about actual prices for different things, but my experience was awesome!
