Es war an beiden Standorten sehr schnell erledigt, konnten das Auto bei beiden noch am selben Tag holen. Toller Service, gerne wieder! Rockfall repaired in Vienna, rear window exchanged in Wels. It was done very quickly at both locations and we were able to collect the car from both on the same day. Great service, gladly again!

A	Andreas Hengstberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf meinem Fahrersitz war eine Stelle fast durchgescheuert und der darunterliegende Schaumstoff war schon abgenutzt. Ich dachte ChipsAway könnte die Stelle auf der nur 2cm entfernten Naht auftrennen (oder auch aufschneiden), anschließend hinterfüllen und wieder zunähen. Doch ich hörte nur: "Das können wir nicht. Wäre es ein Brandfleck, dann ja. Aber Sie haben keinen Brandfleck. Gehen Sie zum Autosattler." Ernsthaft? Habe den Schaden nun selbst behoben. Etwas Schaumstoff aus dem Baumarkt um 5 Euro. Nadel und Garn hatte ich zu Hause. 1,5 Stunden Arbeitszeit und das Problem ist gelöst. 1 Punkt für die freundliche Bedienung - ansonsten kann ChipsAway gar nichts! A spot on my driver's seat was almost worn through and the foam underneath was already worn out. I thought ChipsAway could cut (or cut open) the spot on the seam that was only 2cm away, then backfill and sew it up again. But I only heard: "We can't do that. If it were a burn mark, then yes. But you have no burn mark. Go to the car upholsterer." Seriously? I have now repaired the damage myself. Some foam from the hardware store for 5 euros. I had a needle and thread at home. 1.5 hours of work and the problem is solved. 1 point for the friendly service - otherwise ChipsAway can't do anything!

K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut zu empfehlen, war mit einem kleinen Steinschlag auf der Windschutzscheibe Freitag nachmittag dort, der freundliche Berater hat sich sofort Zeit genommen um sich das anzuschauen. Meinte nix Tragisches, aber ich könne gern nächste Woche ohne Termin vorbeikommen, man könne das mit Harz etwas ausbessern. Top! Falls ich mal was Ernsteres am Auto habe, weiß ich wohin!! Absolutely recommendable, was there on Friday afternoon with a small stone chip on the windshield, the friendly advisor immediately took the time to look at it. Didn’t mean anything tragic, but I’d like to come by next week without an appointment, you could fix it up with resin. Top! If I ever have something serious about the car, I know where to go !!

Hatte 2 Parkschäden zu reparieren, Auto war innerhalb ein paar Tage fertig (Mittwoch Vormittag abgegeben - Freitag Nachmittag abgeholt). Arbeiten sehr gut durchgeführt, das Auto schaute aus wie neu. Das Geschäft erledigte auch die Abwicklung mit meiner Versicherung. Ich bezahlte nur den Selbstbehalt. Die Rechnung war transparent, alles war aufgeführt, auch die Summen, die an die Versicherung verrechnet wurden. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein Stern Abzug weil doch lange Wartezeit bis zum Termin. Good advice at the first meeting. Appointment within less than 4 weeks. Had 2 parking damage to fix, car was ready within a few days (Wednesday morning delivered - Friday afternoon picked up). Work done very well, the car looked like new. The business also handled the transaction with my insurance. I only paid the deductible. The bill was transparent, everything was listed, including the sums that were charged to the insurance. Would definitely come back. A star deduction because long wait until the appointment.

Prompte Besichtigung (trotzdem ich unangemeldet hingefahren bin) und rasche Angebotslegung (Angebot war detailliert und transparent - Angebotspreis wurde eingehalten). Die Schäden wurden tadellos und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben (das Auto schaut aus wie neu). Toller Service mit Abwicklung über die Versicherung. Preis-Leistung: Sehr gut! Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Very competent and above all friendly team. Prompt inspection (although I went unannounced) and quick tendering (offer was detailed and transparent - offer price was met). The damage was faultlessly repaired to my fullest satisfaction (the car looks like new). Great service with settlement on the insurance. Price / offer: Very good! I can recommend unreservedly!
