Hatte ein Ölproblem,und sollte das Auto nach Rücksprache mit dem Serviceleiter,am Di.nachmittags hinstellen,wo es am Do.Abend immer noch dortstand,wo ich es abstellte. Mit der Begründung „sind nicht dazugekommen“,würde ich abgespeist. Habe mir eine andere zuverlässige Werkstatt gesucht. NIE MEHR WIEDER!!!!! overwhelmed with mounting the right windshield wiper, after 3 attempts and Euro 130 .- !!!! Later it was ok. Had an oil problem, and should the car, after consultation with the service manager, on the afternoon in the afternoon, where on the Thursday evening still there, where I put it off. On the grounds "were not added", I would be fed up. I was looking for another reliable workshop. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

As always very satisfied, something is only done on the vehicle after the customer has called back. But had already ordered a service appointment by phone.

Der Verkäufer wie auch die Angestellten der Werkstatt haben ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und das Auto läuft wie es sollte nach reperatur oder service Termin. Eine kleine Werkstatt wo man gut aufgehoben ist. They are very concerned about the customers. The ladies at the reception are always friendly. The seller as well as the employees of the workshop have an open ear for questions and the car runs as it should after repair or service appointment. A small workshop where you are in good hands.

Es wurden alle Wünsche und Vereinbarungen wie Leihauto, Abholtermin und Innenreinigung zu 100% eingehalten und alles ausführlich erklärt. Kurz gesagt, diese Werkstatt hat mein absolutes Vertrauen. Klare Weiterempfehlung Last week I was in the workshop for the first time. I have been very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and competent. Rufen einen immer an falls was zu machen ist. Eine der wenigen Werkstätten die ich empfehlen würde. Service, badges, brakes - all work is always done very quickly and well. Offer corresponds to the invoice, no surprises. Always call you if something needs to be done. One of the few workshops that I would recommend.

Abmachungen wurden mit Handschlagsqualität eingehalten, Top Kundenservice, Herr Soltesz (Verkaufsleiter) ist stets bemüht und freundlich, meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Betrieb! For a cheap used car purchase I have never experienced such a great service as here. Agreements were maintained with handshake quality, top customer service, Mr Solttz (sales manager) is always striving and friendly, my expectations were far exceeded. A highly recommended operation!
