★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wien Energie have been known to issue water&heating bills with amounts much higher than the corresponding consumption, and due likely to technical errors on their part; and then fail to respond to any subsequent written and telephone complaints about it. This is what happened to me now also. This company is the very definition of theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars then I would. The customer service is beyond anything i have ever experienced. There seems to be no system in place to manage customer accounts or training given to the customer service agents. What is going on?? Just an absolute chaos. Average 30 minute waiting times plus rude and condescending agents who shout at the customers but are so incompetent that they cannot provide any kind of assistance. Absolutely disgusted by Wien Energie!
