★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin absolut begeistert von der fairen und stets transparenten Dienstleistung. Hier weiß man immer wofür man wieviel bezahlt. Falls doch mal fragen auftauchen sollten, funktioniert die Kundenbetreuung immer zackig mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern am anderen Ende des Hörers.
Kein Vergleich zu manch anderen Strom- & Gasunternehmen. Kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen.!!
 I am absolutely enthusiastic about the fair and always transparent service. Here you always know what you are paying for and how much. If you should have any questions, the customer service always works well with friendly and helpful staff on the other end of the phone.
No comparison to some other electricity & gas companies. I would recommend it to everybody.!!

Ich hatte anfangs einige Fragen (da ich umgezogen bin) welche mir ausführlich und schnell beantwortet wurden. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Daher klar 5-Sterne.
I switched to Sturm Energie at the time and have not regretted it. Super nice and friendly employees on the phone but also by email. At the beginning I had a few questions (since I moved) which were answered quickly and in detail. I can only recommend! Therefore clearly 5 stars.

Sturm Energie is not only one of the cheapest providers when it comes to electricity & gas, but also absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. Quick and friendly answers to questions, e.g. about annual accounts and unbureaucratic solutions to various problems. Austrian company, which is run very professionally by the owners, therefore 5 fully deserved stars. Top!
