Heute hat es das erste Mal geklappt, wurde daraufhin "verbunden" bzw. in die Warteschleife geschickt. Nach 10 min war meine Geduld zu Ende.. Tried to reach someone several times a day for a week... Impossible. Today it worked for the first time and was then "connected" or put on hold. After 10 minutes my patience was over.
B	Benjamin Walch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rückruf für ein wichtiges Anliegen gebucht. Wurde am vereinbarten Tag 20 Minuten nach (!) Termin von einer Sprachbox angerufen und landete wiederum in der Warteschlange. Bei allem Verständnis für Unplanbarkeiten und viele Anfragen: Aber wenn man schon einen Termin bucht, würde es mehr Sinn machen den Rückruf dann durchzuführen, wenn auch ein Mitarbeiter verfügbar ist, denn die Leute haben auch andere Sachen zu tun, als in der Warteschlange zu hängen. Booked a callback for an important cause. Was called on the agreed day 20 minutes after (!) The appointment from a voicemail box and ended up in the queue again. With all understanding for unpredictability and many inquiries: But if you are already booking an appointment, it would make more sense to call back when an employee is available, because people also have other things to do than hang in the queue .

T	TheB&TheB “Creations” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STAR ! Very very unprofessional staffs. They don't even like to hear some one speaking in English. When ever i call them and ask questions in English, they simply hang the phone. Its not that i can't speak German. But i wanted to understand about my query very clearly and simply ask if some one in their office speaks English. I have been trying to speak with some responsible officer since many days. But there is no way to get through. I don't recommend this company to any one.
V	Veronika Koeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a change of gas contracts, which resulted in the complete shutdown of gas in my apartment. I tried writing an e-mail, but got no response. I guess customer service is not such a big thing in Austria :D. However, when I called the hotline the lady was very competent and pleasant. I kindly asked her if the technicians can come ASAP, since I didn't have gas in the apartment and they came the very next day!!! The technician was also very nice. Thank you!
