P	Peter Krassmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich! Auf der Website steht ab 07:30 geöffnet, Paketabholung ab 10:00? Musste mir also 1 Stunde frei nehmen um mein Paket abholen zu können. Also fahre ich mit dem Taxi los und bin 10 vor 10:00 und siehe da, White Copy hat zu. Die Festnetznummer existiert nicht und auf der Mobilnummer wird nicht abgehoben. Nach 10:00 taucht der Besitzer auf und nachdem er merkt dass ich "nicht gerade zufrieden bin" erklärt er mir er bekomme nicht viel für die Lagerung der GLS Pakete und daß mein Paket bereits einige Tage bei ihm liegt!?!? Unfassbar, was geht es mich an wie viel der Typ bezahlt bekommt. Will dann mein Paket haben da erklärt er mir ich solle es selbst suchen! Die Pakete liegen irgendwie in seinem Geschäft herum! Unglaublich, ein Geschäftsgebaren wie aus dem Mittelalter. Unfreundlich und äußerst unangenehm. Werde mich auch joch bei GLS beschweren, so kann das einfach nicht von statten gehen. Der Typ verdient nicht einmal einen Stern! Incredible! The website is open from 07:30, pickup from 10:00? So I had to take 1 hour off to pick up my package. So I go by taxi and I'm 10 before 10:00 and lo and behold, White Copy has to. The landline number does not exist and on the mobile number is not lifted. After 10:00 the owner shows up and after he realizes that I am "not exactly satisfied" he explains to me that he does not get much for the storage of the GLS packages and that my package is already with him for a few days!?!? Unbelievable, what does it matter to me how much the guy gets paid. Will then have my package because he explains to me I should look for it myself! The packages are somehow in his business! Unbelievable, businesslike as in the Middle Ages. Unfriendly and extremely unpleasant. I'm going to complain to GLS, that just can not happen. The guy does not even deserve a star!
D	Der Kaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird ganz gut und günstig bedient. Der Inhaber ist wirklich nett. Daher sind negative Bewertungen wirklich unverständlich. One is served quite well and cheaply. The owner is really nice. Therefore, negative reviews are really incomprehensible.

Der typ gibt mir einen Auftrag seine Homepage aufzufrischen und es modernisierter zu Gestalten meinte dann, das er nix zahlen will obwohl wir es mündlich verträglich abgeschlossen haben und was passiert dann er will nicht mal eine Entschädigung zahlen und der typ zockt sowas von ab! In Wirklichkeit kostet etwas 5€ meint aber gegenüber den Kunden das er 20€ zahlen muss, natürlich zahlt der Kunde nix um diesen vervierfachten Preis. Sowas gehört nicht in einer Druckerei! the greatest insolence of business owners. The guy gives me an order to refresh his homepage and to make it more modern then said that he doesn't want to pay anything even though we have made it verbally acceptable and what happens then he doesn't even want to pay any compensation and the guy gambles something off! In reality something costs 5 € but means to the customer that he has to pay 20 €, of course the customer doesn't pay anything for this quadrupled price. Something like that doesn't belong in a print shop!
G	G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich dass sich so ein Laden halten kann. Ich habe 3 Blätter schwarz & weiß kopiert und sollte dafür 5€ zahlen. Nirgendwo hängt eine Preisliste weshalb der Besitzer diese Abzocke machen kann. Des weiteren hat der Laden ständig geschlossen obwohl die Öffnungszeiten etwas anderes sagen. Unbelievable that such a shop can hold. I copied 3 sheets of black & white and should pay 5 € for it. Nowhere does a price list hang why the owner can make this rip off. Furthermore, the shop is always closed, although the opening times say otherwise.
K	Kristýna Holubcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar! Nicht professionell, teuer (ohne Preisliste und Zahlungsnachweis). Obwohl ich nur 13 Seiten wollte, verbrachte ich Stunde im Laden. Zwei Seiten wurden zweimal gedruckt und dazu eine Seite fehlte. Awful! Not professional, expensive (without a price list and proof of payment). Even though I only wanted 13 pages, I spent hours in the store. Two pages were printed twice and one page was missing.

Dann hab ich die Dateien mit Handy gesendet, war im Stress aber die Eile hatten sie dort nicht. Dann endlich ca 10 Seiten SW in der Hand: 5 Euro bitte! Keine Preisliste nichts. Hab nachgefragt, haben dann kurz in der Muttersprache gestritten aber Erklärung oder Preisänderung gab es nicht. Während dem Warten wurde ich noch mega schlecht vom sogenannten "Helfer" angemacht. Bad, it took a computer years to do anything. Then I sent the files with my cell phone, I was stressed but they weren't in a hurry there. Then finally about 10 pages SW in hand: 5 euros please! No price list nothing. I asked, then briefly argued in my mother tongue but there was no explanation or price change. While waiting I was turned on by the so-called "helper" very badly.
