Warum schafft es keiner dieser "geschulten Mitarbeiter" mich am Telefon darüber zu informieren, dass Sie eine schriftliche Widerrufserklärung benötigen? Das ist ja noch lächerlicher als die wöchentlichen Anrufe! good goods, but unfortunately the annoying and overwhelmed calls outweigh the negative! never again! Edit! Why does none of these "trained employees" manage to inform me on the phone that you need a written cancellation? That's even more ridiculous than the weekly calls!

Bezüglich Schlafkomfort konnte ich noch nicht wirklich einen Unterschied bemerken. jedoch habe ich nur einen neuen Lattenrost und einen Schonbezug bestellt. Deshalb ist es ein wenig schwer zu bewerten, aber Wenatex schrieb mir dass ich eine Bewertung abgeben soll.... The advice and the delivery was great. In terms of sleeping comfort, I haven't really noticed any difference yet. however, I only ordered a new slatted frame and a protective cover. That's why it's a little difficult to rate, but Wenatex wrote me to give a rating ....

Nach einem halben Jahr haben wir wieder unsere alten Matratzen vom Gästezimmer zurück ins Schlafzimmer geholt. Seit Anfang dieses Jahres wollten wir es erneut versuchen mit den Wenatex Matratzen, die waren eigentlich zuteuer um entsorgt zu werden aber schlechter Schlaf und täglich mit bzw. durch Rückenschmerzen aufwachen zeig das es nicht das richtige für uns ist. Zur Ergänzung: meine Frau hat sogar den Kern getauscht nach den ersten 5 Wochen, ergab keine Verbesserung. Fazit: Matratzen sind nicht zu empfehlen mit den Kissen und Decken sind wir zufrieden vorerst. We bought mattresses and slatted frames, wanted to do something good for ourselves. After half a year we brought our old mattresses from the guest room back into the bedroom. Since the beginning of this year we have wanted to try again with the Wenatex mattresses, which were actually too expensive to be disposed of, but poor sleep and waking up every day with or due to back pain show that it is not the right thing for us. To add: my wife even changed the core after the first 5 weeks, there was no improvement. Conclusion: mattresses are not recommended, we are satisfied with the pillows and blankets for the time being.
