Die jungen Mädchen an der Kassa und eine weitere junge Mitarbeiterin sind leider wie meistens weit, weit weg von der Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit der Älteren. Äußerst traurig, aber anscheinend legt man auch in der Ausbildung Wert mehr darauf. Perfect service, very friendly, competent employee. However, only one lady directly when selecting the material. The young girls at the cash desk and one other young employee are unfortunately, as usually, far, far from the competence and friendliness of the older ones. Extremely sad, but apparently more emphasis is placed on it in training.

Huge selection of fabrics. Friendly, competent staff. For me the first address in Salzburg when shopping for fabrics.

Die fing gleich fleißig zum zuschneiden an, bis ihr auffiel, dass sie zu wenig Stoff hat. Einen anderen Stoff konnte ich nicht mehr wählen, da ja schon etwas zugeschnitten war. Sie erklärte mir, in einer Woche sei der Stoff eh wieder da. Gut, seit über einem Monat, warte ich jetzt schon und habe an meinen Fenstern nur zur Hälfte Vorhänge. Wenn ich gewusst hätte wie inkompetent, arrogant und nicht entgegenkommend hier die Verkäuferinnen sind, hätte ich meinen Vorhang bei einem Möbelhaus gekauft. Bin gespannt ob ich den Vorhangstoff überhaupt noch bekomme....... Wenatex - einmal und nie wieder!!!! Fabric selected for curtain, told saleswoman the meters we would need. She immediately started cutting, until she realized that she didn't have enough fabric. I couldn't choose another fabric because something was already cut. She explained to me that the fabric would be back in a week anyway. Well, I've been waiting for over a month now and my windows are only half curtained. If I had known how incompetent, arrogant and unaccommodating the saleswomen are here, I would have bought my curtain from a furniture store. I'm curious if I can still get the curtain fabric....... Wenatex - once and never again!!!!

Ich werde von den Damen immer perfekt beraten und Nähtipps gibt's obendrein. A visit to the House of Fabrics is always something special! I am always happy about the large selection of fabrics! The ladies always give me perfect advice and they also give me sewing tips.
