After ordering online, a little additional communication was necessary, but everything was delivered within a few days. The employees are very friendly and customer-oriented, the goods themselves are top quality - gladly again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polster hat nicht gepasst. Nach 1x Probeliegen kein Umtausch möglich. Auch keinerlei Bemühung mir auf einen Ersatz Rabatt zu geben oder eine andere Lösung zu finden und das obwohl ich hier öfter eingekauft habe. Sicherlich nie wieder.
The upholstery did not fit. No exchanges are possible after one trial. Also, no effort to give me a discount on a replacement or to find another solution, even though I have shopped here several times. Certainly never again.
