Leider wurden anfangs meine Nackenverspannungen nicht besser. Herr Malzl hat mir solange "Ersatzteile" zur Verfügung gestellt, bis es für mich passte. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld! Es hat sich gelohnt, nun liege ich absolut fein! Ich kann das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen! I bought a mattress from Proschlaf a few months ago. I was given very competent advice and support. Unfortunately, my neck tension didn't get better at first. Mr. Malzl provided me with "spare parts" until it was right for me. At this point, thank you very much for your patience! It was worth it, now I'm lying absolutely fine! I can only recommend the product!

Das Bett ist wirklich sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und sieht auch noch toll aus. Vor Ort wurde ein Liegetest (Matratze) gemacht und schon beim Probeliegen fühlte ich mich sehr sehr wohl. Nach einer Woche Umgewöhnung (alte Matratze war wesentlich härter) kann ich nun ohne jegliche Beschwerden durchschlafen. Ich bin begeistert und würde das Geld jederzeit für dieses Ergebnis wieder in die Hand nehmen. Andreas kann euch wirklich sehr gut und nachhaltig beraten und hat auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. TOP I bought a bed, an electric slatted frame and a mattress in March 2021. The bed is really very high quality and looks great too. A lying test (mattress) was done on site and I felt very, very comfortable even when I tried it. After a week of getting used to it (the old mattress was much harder) I can now sleep through the night without any discomfort. I am thrilled and would take the money back into my hands at any time for this result. Andreas can advise you very well and effectively and has an answer to all questions. TOP
R	R M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein großes Lob an Herrn Malzl und sein Team. Seit Jahren bin ich Dank seiner Hilfe wieder in der Lage ohne Schmerzen zu schlafen und aufzustehen. Nach professioneller Anpassung im Schlaflabor wurde für mich eine persönliche Matratze angefertigt. Nach einer Woche wurde mit Herrn Malzl ein Termin für eine Nachanpassung vereinbart. Herr Malzl hat dazu keinen Aufwand gescheut. Er hat die erforderlichen Austauschmodule mitgebracht und ist für den Ortstermin zu mir nach Hause gekommen, damit die Anpassung direkt vor Ort erfolgen konnte. Hier wird der Kunde noch als König behandelt. Ich wünsche Herrn Malzl und der Fa. schlafTEQ-Salzburg weiterhin noch viel Erfolg mit den tollen Matratzen und der Hoffnung das dieser tolle Kundenservice erhalten bleibt. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Kudos to Mr. Malzl and his team. For years I have been able to sleep and get up again without pain thanks to his help. After a professional adjustment in the sleep laboratory, a personal mattress was made for me. After a week, an appointment was made with Mr. Malzl for a follow-up adjustment. Mr. Malzl spared no expense. He brought the required exchange modules with him and came to my house for the on-site visit so that the adjustments could be made on site. Here the customer is still treated like a king. I wish Mr. Malzl and the company SchlafTEQ-Salzburg continued success with the great mattresses and the hope that this great customer service will be maintained. Many many thanks!

Analyse war sehr gut und das Ergebnis ist absolut überzeugend. Die Schlafqualität hat sich einiges verbessert und wir würden jederzeit wieder kaufen! We recently bought mattresses and slatted frames and are very satisfied! The price might put you off at first, but the advice including the analysis was very good and the result is absolutely convincing. The quality of sleep has improved a lot and we would buy it again anytime!

Das dachten wir uns nach 11 Jahren auch und holten uns nun eine neue Matratze von schlafTEQ! Auch nunmehr als Stammkunde wurden wir wieder - dieses Mal von Hr. Alexander Malzl (vor 11 Jahren war es seine Mutter - die Firma ist ein Familienunternehmen) mehr als kompetent beraten um die geeignete Matratze für unsere mittlerweile etwas stärker (sprich übergewichtigeren) Körper zu finden. Und auch dieses Mal passt wieder alles (Preis, Beratung, Härtegrad der Matratzen, Lieferung, Service)! Aufgrund der guten Erfahrung haben wir das schlafTEQ schon etliche Male weiterempfohlen - meine Mutter hat nun auch seit ein paar Jahren einen super Schlaf und würde Ihre Matratze von schlafTEQ nie wieder her geben! Und wir würden das auch gar nicht mehr zulassen - denn eine ausgeruhte und gelassene (Schwieger-)Mama am frühen Morgen - was will man mehr? DANKE schlafTEQ! Is there a stronger argument than wonderful dreams and a rested body after a night on a sleepTEQ mattress? That's what we thought after 11 years and got a new mattress from SchlafTEQ! Even now as a regular customer we were again - this time by Mr. Alexander Malzl (11 years ago it was his mother - the company is a family business) more than competent advice to find the right mattress for our now somewhat stronger (i.e. more overweight) bodies. And this time everything fits again (price, advice, degree of firmness of the mattresses, delivery, service)! Based on our positive experience, we have recommended the SchlafTEQ several times - my mother has had a great night's sleep for a few years now and would never give her SchlafTEQ mattress back! And we wouldn't even allow that anymore - because a rested and relaxed (in-law) mom early in the morning - what more could you want? THANK YOU sleepTEQ!
