Hello! We bought yesterday a wardrobe that should have been delivered today! They propose it and we accept it! It should have been delivered from 10:00 to 14:00! Once it has arrived almost 14:00, we called ikea to check what is going on, since they haven’t delivered and no one called us! They told us maybe there is a delay and by 15:30 latest they should deliver! The clock got 15:00, no one called us to inform of anything, so we called back. When we called, they said there’s been a problem and they didn’t know, or they weren’t inform about our delivery for today! But in any case they try to deliver in the current day and we’ll get a call from their side in 30 minutes latest to arrange our delivery for the current day or next days! Guess what, no one called for another two hours! So time is 17.00. Someone calls finally and tell us they can deliver 18:00 with 18:30. We said great! At least is not a wasted day and we get the wardrobe! Well 19.00 no one called us again and of course we had to call back and ask if they will arrive in the end or not because it’s Saturday. Finally they will deliver soon. They wasted our day completely, we did nothing, but just waited them to deliver and needed to move back and forth our stuff to make place. It seems no one involved know what they are doing, really unprofessional and disappointing! We understand delays and any issues that may arrive, but can’t understand the fact that no one informed us or even try to find us to solve it in any way. Beside can’t understand why we called you several times to solve this and the only thing we got was false information and needed forever to call back to solve our issue. If you can’t provide the service as it should be done, at least inform the customer. If you can’t do that as well, at least when the customer calls you and you provide an information or a statement, make sure you can respect it. Completely disappointed! I’m referring to the store in Salzburg!

I enjoyed walking through showrooms of furniture. You can find some interesting and unusual stuff there. It has everything you might need for home: kitchen utensils, various furniture, fridge, towels, and even flowers in a pot. I wish we had this kind of store in my city.

I start to fall in love with the brand after my 1st time visiting IKEA warehouse last year in AUSTRIA. It's a huge place and worth to visit. As a tourist it is not difficult to find the place, its exactly nearby EUROPARK Salzburg. Lots of choices to choose at affordable prices. So put in your list if you are a big fan of IKEA brand. The best place for shopping. Despite the lockdown they’re doing great services by scheduling pick up appoint online. A greasy and convenient business model and concept.

Easy accessible with public transportation, friendly staff, and good food - except for the hotdog sausages, the ones I got on my plate were Grey outside and pink inside. They looked and tasted disgusting, had to throw them away. Käsekrainer are a safer choice!

A really nice huge branch of ikea in Austria. Ikea is almost all the same in the world, easy to browse and shop. It's right next to Europark, which makes it very easy to get to. My suggestion and go over there for a nice and cheap lunch (meatballs! ). The restaurant is spacious and airy. It reminds me of the original flagship in Sweden.

Everything you need for home/apartment is here. There are great deals if you look around. You will get tired tbh -from all the choices and the anxiety of what to buy. ? The staff are very friendly and helpful too, given that I can only coordinate in English. Nice snacks on the food bar on the first floor. Havent tried the cafe yet!
