Ein Jahr später funktionierte das DVD-Laufwerk nicht mehr, weshalb ich ihn zur Reparatur hin brachte. Lösung seitens Webplanet: Windows Betriebssystem Windows 10 (nochmal bezahlt um € 140,- )muss neu installiert werden! Habe extra angerufen, dass bitte ggf. die Dateien am Computer auf einen USB-Stick gesichert werden sollen (hätte diesen natürlich auch bezahlt!). Lt. Webplanet war extra Datensicherung nicht notwendig! Tja - ALLE DATEN WAREN WEG! INKLUSIVE ALLER PROGRAMME! Webplanet bestreitet weiterhin, dass irgendwelche Daten oder Programme gespeichert waren, obwohl ich die Office-Paket Rechnung von ihnen hatte! Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Schuldeingeständnis, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung! Ich rate dringend von diesem Geschäft ab - ABZOCKE! Absolutely NOT recommendable! Bought a computer for around € 1,500. A year later the DVD drive stopped working, which is why I took it to be repaired. Solution from Webplanet: Windows operating system Windows 10 (paid again for € 140, -) must be reinstalled! I called especially that the files on the computer should be saved on a USB stick if necessary (of course I would have paid for this too!). Lt. Webplanet no extra data backup was necessary! Well - ALL DATA WAS AWAY! INCLUDING ALL PROGRAMS! Webplanet continues to deny that any data or programs were saved even though I had the Office package invoice from them! There was no courtesy or admission of guilt, let alone an excuse! I strongly advise against this business - ROCK!

Windows-Keys werden mehrfach verkauft und wenn die Lizenz nicht mehr gültig ist, weil sie einmal zu oft verkauft wurde, dann darf der Kunde nochmal zahlen! Auskunft: es sei normal, dass man Windows alle 2 Jahre neu aktivieren muss. Gehts noch?! ATTENTION!!! If you don't know what to do, length times width will be ripped off. Windows keys are sold multiple times and if the license is no longer valid because it has been sold too often, the customer can pay again! Information: it is normal that you have to reactivate Windows every 2 years. Are you crazy?!

Ich kann Webplanet nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die ganze Mannschaft. I have here my PC brought because nothing worked more. I would very, very friendly and competent service. With a lot of patience. I can highly recommend Webplanet only. Thank you to the whole team.

Nicht hingehen!!!!! - nichts abgeben - kein Preisangebot einholen - 49€ für Kostenvoranschlag (man erfährt den Preis erst beim Rückruf) Mitarbeiter PC: sie müssten sich den Preis für eine größeren Arbeitsspeicher ansehen - ca. 39€ 30 Minuten später, da kam der Anruf: 160€ - war mir zu viel für einen gebrauchten PC der für eine Volksschule für kleines Geld aufbereitet werden sollte. Reaktion Chef: 49€ müssen sie zahlen für den Kostenvoranschlag Ich: ziemlich teuer für das, dass wir keine Dienstleistung vereinbart haben - Er(Chef) : ja kostet eigentlich 69€ für dich 49€. Ich: Find ich ziemlich arg teuer, hat mir vorher keiner gesagt. Frechheit.!!!!! Er (Chef): Ja da kann man nichts machen - Preisliste hängt im Geschäft ( tatsächlich bei Abholung gesehen - klein, fein, unauffällig die Liste mit Wucherpreisen!!!!) Hallo gehts noch? - das beste kommt noch - Chef hat mir dann einfach am Telefon gesagt : Abholen und Bezahlen und dann AUFGELEGT!!!!! Was ist das für eine Art mit Kunden umzugehen. Echt unter aller Würde dieser Chef und der Mitarbeiter, der einfach alle Preise verschweigt und dann noch ordentlich kassiert - unzumutbar. Ich habe gelernt nun vorher Rezessionen auf Google zu lesen, denn nur so kann man diesen Gaunern auch entkommen und sich eine seriöse Firma suchen. Hoffe ich konnte einige vor derselben bösen Überraschung bewahre. Caution !!!!!!! Rip off!!!!!! Hands off - just pick up mail/packages and get out of the store !!!!!!!!! Don't go!!!!! - do not hand in anything - do not ask for a price offer - 49€ for a cost estimate (you will only find out the price when you call back) Employee PC: you would have to look at the price for a larger RAM - approx. 39€ 30 minutes later, the call came: 160€ - was too much for me for a used PC that was to be prepared for a small fee for an elementary school. Response boss: You have to pay €49 for the cost estimate Me: quite expensive for the fact that we didn't agree on a service - He (boss): yes, it actually costs €69 for you €49. Me: I think it's pretty expensive, nobody told me before. cheek.!!!!! He (boss): Yes, you can't do anything about that - price list is hanging in the shop (actually seen when picking it up - small, fine, inconspicuous the list with exorbitant prices!!!!) Hello, are you still okay? - the best is yet to come - the boss then simply said to me on the phone: pick up and pay and then hung up!!!!! What is that way of dealing with customers. Really beneath all dignity this boss and the employee, who simply conceals all the prices and then collects them properly - unreasonable. I have now learned to read recessions on Google beforehand, because this is the only way to escape these crooks and look for a reputable company. Hope I could save some from the same nasty surprise.

Zwar wurde mal von der Post ein Paket beschädigt, aber das wurde sehr schnell vom Inhaber gelöst. Super Service, der heute nicht mehr so selbstverständlich ist. Gerne wieder. ? I've bought the Firefly Moonshine several times and ordered it from the online shop and it always worked out great. A parcel was damaged by the post office once, but the owner resolved it very quickly. Great service, which is no longer so taken for granted these days. Gladly again. ?
