Brachte meine Laptops hin, wollte Auskunft haben was die Ursachen sind, Sie sagten mir es schön und gut, danach musste ich 60€ unnötig bezahlen und ohne dass die mir irgendetwas gesagt haben, dass ich was zahlen muss. Informationen ist hier nicht gefragt! Abzocker Stay away from this business! Brought my laptops there, wanted information about the causes, they told me all well and good, after that I had to pay € 60 unnecessarily and without them telling me anything that I had to pay something. Information is not required here! Rip-offs

Da die "netten" Herren jetzt auch Postpartner sind, wollte ich meine Rücksendung hinbringen, da aber lt. Mitarbeiter das falsche Pickerl drauf war, hab ich ihm gebeten mir zu zeigen welches das richtige ist, hatte das E-Mail offen. Darauf hin musste ich mich anschreien lassen dass er nichts dafür kann wenn ich zu dumm bin es zu verstehen und ich solle gefälligst mein Hirn einschalten. Bin darauf hin zur Post in Münichholz und innerhalb von ein paar Minuten war alles erledigt!!! I have never seen such unfriendly employees in my life. Since the "nice" gentlemen are now also postal partners, I wanted to bring my return, but according to the employee the wrong sticker was on it, I asked him to show me which one is the right one, the email was open. Then I had to let myself be yelled at that he can't help it if I'm too stupid to understand and I should kindly turn my brain on. Then I went to the post office in Münichholz and within a few minutes everything was done!

M	Moritz Heiml on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brachte meinen Laptop dort hin, um mir einen Kostenvoranschlag für einen Austausch meines defekten Displays machen zu lassen. Ich war nach telefonischer Absprache über das Angebot gschockt und wollte meinen Laptop wieder holen, um ihn wo anders reparieren zu lassen. Als ich dort ankam, fiel mir gleich auf, dass mein Laotop mehr beschädigt war als vorher. Mit der Aufforderung, dass sie das wieder reparieren sollten, bekam ich Hausverbot und wurde gezwungen mit meinem mehr als vorher beschädigten Laptop das Geschäft zu verlassen. I brought my laptop there to get a quote for replacing my broken display. I was shocked by the offer and asked to get my laptop back to have it repaired somewhere else. When I got there I noticed that my laotope was more damaged than before. When I asked them to fix it, I was banned from the home and forced to leave the store with my more damaged laptop.

Reine Abzocke, habe meinen PC mit defekten Netzteil zur Reperatur vorbei gebracht (Netzteil wechseln macht man eigentlich selber, da nicht besonders schwer, hatte leider absolut keine Zeit an diesem Tag). Kaum hatte ich den Shop verlassen, kam der Anruf ich könne meinen Pc in einer halben Stunde wieder abholen. Netzteil 75 Euro, Netzteil Einbau 100 Euro !!! Abgsehen davon dass alle drei Beschäftigten in diesem Laden keine Masken trugen und von mir keinen halben Meter entfernt waren, hatte ich den unfreundlichen Bediensteten darauf hingewiesen dass es ein sehr stolzer Preis sei für eine Arbeit von maximal 15 Minuten. Ich bekam die unverschämte Antwort es das nächste mal selber zu machen, Und ich solle das Geschäft verlassen. Mit Karte bezahlen war natürlich auch nicht möglich. Da dieser Laden anscheinend einen sehr schlechten Ruf hat, und ich das leider nicht gewußt habe, werde ich diesen sicher nie wieder betreten, und werde natürlich noch weitere Schritte einleiten. Pure rip-off, brought my PC over with a defective power supply for repairs (you actually change the power supply yourself, as it is not particularly difficult, unfortunately I had absolutely no time that day). I had hardly left the shop when the call came I could pick up my PC in half an hour. Power pack 75 euros, power pack installation 100 euros !!! Apart from the fact that all three employees in this shop did not wear masks and were less than half a meter away from me, I had pointed out to the unfriendly staff that it was a very proud price for a work of a maximum of 15 minutes. I got the insolent answer to do it myself the next time, and I should leave the shop. Paying by card was of course also not possible. Since this shop apparently has a very bad reputation, and unfortunately I didn't know that, I will certainly never enter it again, and of course I will take further steps.

Habe eine Bestätigung der Post erhalten, dass er aufgrund eines von dem Zusteller begangenen Fehler das Packerl außerhalb der Post Öffnungszeiten (12:00) er ist aber bis 18:00 im Geschäft, an mich aushändigen muss. Unfreundlich wurde ich abgewimmelt er sei nur bis 12 ,,die Post´´. Sowas unfreundliches habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt - von wegen Kunde ist König. Bitte nehmt dem seinen Postpartner Vertrag weg. Wenn man so unzufrieden mit seinem EDV Handel ist und mit der Post Geld machen will sollte man sich am Besten überlegen die Selbstständigkeit aufzugeben. Actually, one star is already too many. Ich arbeite bis 15 Uhr, mein Paket wird benachrichtigt, super und ihr habt nur bis 12 offen, klasse. Ein Postpartner zum vermeiden! Very unfriendly staff, working hours that everyone wants! I work until 3 p.m., my package will be notified, great and you are only open until 12 p.m., great. A postal partner to avoid!
