★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aus meiner Sicht hat der Service Prozessmängel. Kostenvoranschlag trotz Garantie, weil Prozesse nicht ausgereift sind. Angeblich Kunde schuld, obwohl gezielt mehrmals hingewiesen!
Update: Nach Klärung lief alles besser und schnelle Reparatur.
From my point of view, the service has process flaws. Cost estimate despite guarantee, because processes are not fully developed. Allegedly to blame the customer, although pointed out several times!
Update: After clarification everything went better and quick repairs.
