Das erlebt man heute eher selten, dass man in der Kartei sofort gefunden wird, der Techniker sich auskennt und alles prompt erledigen kann. Nur noch ein Wort zur Qualität: wir verwenden das Zeug in unserem Haus seit 13 Jahren----echt gute Ware! Vielen Dank---weiter so?? Absolutely recommendable! Funktioniert super, sehr starke Saugleistung. I bought a Globaltek E110 XL central vacuum cleaner. Thanks to very good instructions from Mr. Wiedemann, I assembled it myself. Works great, very strong suction power.

Ich habe den Zetralstaubsauger von Globaltek seit 13 Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt, Ersatzteile bekommt man problemlos und schnell, Kundenbetreung ist sehr gut. Und hier hat mich Globaltek begeistert: Mein Sauger hat nach acht Jahren genau in der Weihnachtszeit den Geist aufgegeben. Globaltek war über die Feiertage ansprechbar. Das Gerät hat dann nur wenige Stunden in der Werkstatt verbracht und war dann schon wieder auf dem Postweg zu mir. So geht Service! Besonders schön finde ich auch hier, dass das Gerät repariert wurde und nicht getauscht und weggeworfen. Und: als Allergiker würde ich nie wieder einen herkömmlichen Staubsauger anfassen - der Unterschied ist enorm. You often only notice the quality of a company when there are problems to be solved. And this is where Globaltek impressed me: After eight years, my vacuum cleaner gave up the ghost exactly during Christmas time. Globaltek was available over the holidays. The device then only spent a few hours in the workshop and was then already back in the mail to me. This is how service works! I find it particularly nice that the device was repaired and not exchanged and thrown away. And: as an allergy sufferer, I would never touch a conventional vacuum cleaner again - the difference is enormous.

Das Gerät funktioniert noch immer einwandfrei und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Auch in unserem Ferienhaus haben wir im vorigen Jahr einen Zentralsauger installiert. Leider von der Fa. Wiedemann. Der Chef war nie Vorort, den Monteur mussten wir in über 35 Minuten Fahrtzeit abholen und wurde als Arbeitszeit verrechnet, das Gerät ist wesentlich kleiner und nicht mehr vergleichbar, die Dosen sind bis heute mangelhaft und trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme von unserer Seite, wurde der Schaden bzw.
