Zumindest die Vorfreude, wenn erfolgreich gebucht wurde und das ist ein wirklich wunderbares Gefühl. Bei Highlife Reisen in Götzis fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl, wird superfreundlich empfangen - egal von welchem Mitarbeiter oder Mitarbeiterin - und man nimmt sich Zeit für den Kunden. Ich habe auch schon telefonisch gebucht (ich muss gestehen, ich bin eine Wiederholungstäterin und habe schon öfters bei Highlife-Reisen gebucht) und ich war wirklich jedes mal äußerst zufrieden. Gerade bei meiner letzten Buchung war es ziemlich kompliziert (unter anderem, weil es eine Nachbuchung durch zwei Familienmitglieder gegeben hat, bei der eine gemeinsame Heimreise stattfinden hat müssen) und seitens des Reisebüros - im speziellen von Nadja - wirklich alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt wurden um dies erfüllen zu können und sie hatte wirklich unzählige Anrufe zu tätigen. Es hat zwar etwas Zeit in Anspruch genommen, aber es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Es war immer jemand erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten und sonst hat man hat zurückgerufen. Ich kann die Buchung bei Highlife nur empfehlen. Das ganze Team ist wirklich kompetent und hilft bei jeder Entscheidung. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder tun und bei Highlife-Reisen buchen. Was ich noch sagen wollte.....: Leider ist es heuer so, dass unser Kurzurlaub für Anfang Juni storniert wurde (gut 2 Wochen vor Reiseantritt). Wir wurden umgehend darüber informiert und haben unseren Kurzurlaub einfach auf den Herbst umgebucht. Das Team von Highlife-Reisen musste erst auf die Stornierung des Veranstalters warten und konnte erst danach tätig werden und die Kunden (auch uns) davon in Kenntnis setzen. In Zeiten wie diesen sollte man einfach auch als Kunde dafür Verständnis haben und etwas geduldiger sein. Und nicht zu vergessen: "Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so kommt es zurück". In diesem Sinne liebe Grüße und bleibt alle gesund! It's like this: "The vacation starts with the booking in the travel agency". At least the anticipation when the booking is successful and that is a really wonderful feeling. With Highlife Reisen in Götzis you feel at home straight away, you are welcomed in a super-friendly way - regardless of which employee - and you take time for the customer. I have already booked by phone (I have to confess, I am a repeat offender and have often booked on highlife trips) and I was really extremely satisfied every time. It was quite complicated, especially when I made my last booking (partly because there was an additional booking by two family members that had to take a trip home together) and the travel agency - especially Nadja - really did everything possible to be able to accomplish this and she really had to make countless calls. It took some time, but everything worked out wonderfully. There was always someone available when we had questions and otherwise they called back. I can only recommend booking at Highlife. The whole team is really competent and helps with every decision. I will definitely do it again and book on highlife trips. What I wanted to say .....: Unfortunately this year our short vacation for early June was canceled (a good 2 weeks before the start of the trip). We were informed immediately and simply changed our short vacation to autumn. The Highlife-Reisen team had to wait for the organizer to cancel and only then could they take action and notify the customers (including us). In times like these, as a customer, you should understand and be a little more patient. And not to forget: "How you call into the forest, so it comes back". In this sense, greetings and stay healthy!
