Weniger Junior ist echt einer noch vom guten alten Schlag. Egal was Du brauchst, er beschafft es Dir und dann, wenn Du Probleme mit dem Einbau hast, dann steht er Dir mit Rat und sogar mit Tat zur Seite.
Und dann noch das Geschäft. Post, Traffic, Ersatzteile und alles für den Haushalt bis hin zu Papier und Schreibmaterial. Er und Seine Eltern (!?) führen wirklich alles.
Finde ich echt super und soetwas sollte man durch einen Einkauf unterstützen.
So ein Service findest Du in keinem Heimwerkergroßmarkt.

Less Junior is really one of the good old style. No matter what you need, he will get it for you and then, if you have problems with the installation, he will be at your side with advice and even action.
And then the business. Mail, traffic, spare parts and everything for the household, including paper and writing materials. He and his parents (!?) Really manage everything.
I think that's really great and something like that should be supported by shopping.
You will not find such a service in any do-it-yourself wholesale market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Ein u. Ausschalter fuer meine Waschmaschine bestellt, eigentlich habe ich damit gerechnet, das es den Schalter nicht mehr gibt.
.. Hr. Weniger junior hat nach einen kurzen Blick in seinen Laptop das Originalstueck gefunden, und bestellt.
Bin begeistert! ?
Am Montag dann Benachrichtigung, das ich de Schalter abholen kann ??
I ordered an on and off switch for my washing machine, actually I expected that the switch would no longer exist.
.. Mr. Less junior found the original after a quick look into his laptop and ordered it.
Am thrilled! ?
Then on Monday notification that I can pick up the counter ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher war ich gerne hier, als der Senior-Chef noch da war. Leider ist der Junior Chef äußerst uncharmant, unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von Kunden. Schade.
EDIT: Da ich leider keine weitere Antwort verfassen kann, hier der Nachtrag: Ich habe sicherlich nicht laut telefoniert, ein einfaches - freundliches - "Entschuldigung, bei uns bitte nicht telefonieren" hätte gereicht :-) Jedoch sitzend, mir den Rücken zugekehrt in meine Richtung LAUTSTARK zu schnauzen "Telefonieren is bei uns net erlaubt", ist nicht zielführend, aber allein Ihre Antwort ("hätte man Ihnen mal Manieren beigebracht....") spiegelt genau das wieder, was ich meinte ;-)
I used to like being here when the senior boss was still there. Unfortunately, the junior boss is extremely uncharming, unfriendly and obviously annoyed by customers. Too bad.
EDIT: Since I unfortunately can't write another answer, here's the addendum: I certainly didn't make a loud call, a simple - friendly - "Excuse me, please don't call us" would have been enough :-) However, sitting, my back turned to mine To snort LOUDLY "We don't allow telephoning here" is not effective, but your answer alone ("if you had been taught some manners....") reflects exactly what I meant ;-)
