Werkstatt alle Mitarbeiter Top und sehr freundliche Mechaniker.. werde auch mein nächstes Auto dort kaufen. We have already bought several cars in our family there. Upstairs in the main house, very great and friendly salespeople. With used cars, well. Workshop all employees top and very friendly mechanics .. will also buy my next car there.

Freitag Vormittag wurde unser Womo unkompliziert repariert. Vielen Dank dem ganzen Team und besonders Alexander der mit seiner kompetenten und ruhigen Art uns sehr beeindruckt hat After a breakdown on the autobahn, we were towed to Vogl Auto Nord. Since it was late Thursday afternoon, we had to spend the night on the premises. On Friday morning our motorhome was easily repaired. Many thanks to the whole team and especially Alexander who impressed us very much with his competent and calm manner

T	Thomas Schröcker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider mit der Werkstatt nur schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Nach jeden Termin in der Werkstatt war irgend etwas anderes lockergeschraubt oder beschädigt worden. Trotz überwachungskameras am Gelände bekommt man keine Antworten wer den Schaden angerichtet hat und schiebt ihn einfach auf den Kunden weiter. Weiteres wird verlangt das man sofort alles bezahlen muss egal ob man soviel Geld eingesteckt hat oder nicht. Kartenzahlung zwar möglich aber bei Rechnungen über 2000€ wäre ein erlagschein oder die Bankdaten zum überweisen doch sehr hilfreich. Für mich als Unternehmer und Kunde ein absolutes No Go. Habe schon viel bessere Werkstätten gehabt wo man als Kunde noch was wert ist. Unfortunately only had bad experiences with the workshop. After each appointment in the workshop, something else had been screwed loose or damaged. Despite surveillance cameras on the premises, you do not get any answers about who caused the damage and you simply pass it on to the customer. Another requirement is that you have to pay everything immediately, regardless of whether you have pocketed that much money or not. Card payment is possible, but for bills over 2000 € a payment slip or the bank details for transferring would be very helpful. An absolute no go for me as an entrepreneur and customer. I have had much better workshops where you are still worth something as a customer.
R	Retro Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service hat gepasst, jedoch wurde mein e auto nicht aufgeladen und auch nicht geputzt. Bei der Autowerkstatt von volvo wird unser auto zumindest innen geputzt beim service. Service was fine, but my e-car was not charged and not cleaned. At the volvo garage, the inside of our car is at least cleaned during the service.
