Bekam dann etwas später einen Anruf wo mir gesagt wurde sie bräuchten noch eine Kopie meines Zulassungsscheines und den ungefähren Kilometerstand des Autos zur Terminvergabe. Ok, habe daraufhin die Daten per Mail mit der Bitte auf einen Kostenvoranschlag und einer Terminvergabe verschickt. Tage später noch immer keine Antwort erhalten... Hätte wenigsten eine Rückmeldung erwartet, dass es evtl. zu Verzögerungen kommen kann... Aber nichts. Als Kunde sehr enttäuscht, dass sich niemand meldet auch hinsichtlich Kundenzufriedenheit! Werde jetzt meinen Service woanders buchen lassen! Lg Wanted to book an appointment with a service online. Then got a call a little later and I was told they needed a copy of my registration certificate and the approximate mileage of the car to make an appointment. Ok, I then sent the data by email with the request for a cost estimate and an appointment. Still no response days later ... At least I would have expected a response that there might be delays ... But nothing. As a customer, very disappointed that no one answers regarding customer satisfaction! Will book my service elsewhere now! Lg
F	FIFABUDDIES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das auto war 2 Wochen lang draußen und es wurde nix gemacht. Jedesmal wenn ich anrufe würde ich vertröstet mit der Antwort: das auto wird morgen repariert. Was natürlich eine Lüge war. Nie wieder fahre ich zu dieser schlechten Werkstatt. The car was outside for 2 weeks and nothing was done. Every time I call I was put off with the answer: the car will be repaired tomorrow. Which, of course, was a lie. I will never go to this bad workshop again.
R	Ritschi T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reiner Zufall, dass wir hier gelandet sind. Allemal einen Besuch wert. Preise über Niveau - keine Frage, dem entsprechen die Speisen aber 100%ig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Ambiente - wir waren im Garten - überaus nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Pure coincidence that we ended up here. Always worth a visit. Prices above level - no question about it, but the dishes correspond to that 100%. We felt very comfortable. Great atmosphere - we were in the garden - extremely nice and attentive service. We'll be back for sure.

Akku merklich teurer als im Onlinehandel, doch der unerwartet aufwändige Einbau erfolgte ohne Termin umgehend gegen einen geringen Fixpreis inkl. Anlernen & Fehlerspeicherlöschen. Komme gerne wieder. Danke Herr Zotter für die prompte Erledigung! Broken down due to worn 12V start-stop battery (Sharan 2017!). The battery is noticeably more expensive than in the online trade, but the unexpectedly complex installation was carried out immediately without an appointment for a low fixed price including training and erasing the error memory. I would love to come back. Thank you Mr. Zotter for the prompt handling!

Als sie schon auf den Felgen montiert waren, hat mich der Mechaniker in die Servicebox geholt und mir gezeigt, was an dem Auto alles kaputt ist und dass sich eine Reparatur nicht mehr lohnt. Wenn er mir das vor der Montage gesagt hätte, dann hätte ich mir 327 € erspart. Ein eigenartiges Geschäftsmodell !! I bought new winter tires two weeks ago. When they were already mounted on the rims, the mechanic took me to the service box and showed me what was broken on the car and that it was no longer worth repairing. If he had told me that before assembly, I would have saved myself € 327. A strange business model !!
