Gibt auch kein Problem zwecks einem Leihauto (auch wenn man einen Hund hat,so wie wir) ? Werkstättenleiter ist TOP!!! Sowie auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter! Kann ich jedem empfehlen ? Termine werden immer eingehalten wobei ich es ohnehin eher locker nehme weil ich ja ganz nahe wohne. Bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung. Since I bought my car here 10 years ago, it has been in the best of hands and so have I. Appointments are always kept and I take it easy anyway because I live very close. I am very pleased. Very courteous care.

W	Wolfgang Gottlieb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma wurde von mir beauftragt den Schaden am Dach meines VW Golf Variant zu beheben. Der Schaden am Dach meines Kfz entstand infolge eines Sturms durch einen abgebrochen Ast. Die Reparatur dauerte 5 Wochen. Folgende Mängel wurden bei der Abholung festgestellt: 1.Äußerst schlecht lackiert oder gekittet (Dellen im Träger). 2.An diversen Stellen Lackspritzer, Lackränder vom abkleben usw. 3.Frontscheibe zerkratzt (wurde ausgebaut) 4.Gummi der Frontscheibe angeschliffen (von der Poliermaschine) Also blieb das Auto weiter für eine Woche in der Werkstatt. Bei der Abholung gab es abermals Lackspritzer welche aber umgehend mit der Poliermaschine entfernt wurden. Die Lackierung des Dachs war jetzt annehmbar obwohl ich als Laie den Unterschied zur Werkslackierung klar erkennen kann (besser wird es sicher nicht mehr…). Im Bereich Einstiegs musste ich leider eine neue Beschädigung (Delle im Lack u. Steinschlagschutz) feststellen. Diese Beschädigung wird beim nächsten Service repariert (schriftlich bestätigt). Leider kann ich keine aufgrund der oben angeführten Erfahrungen keine Empfehlung für diese Werkstatt aussprechen. Normalerweise würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben, weil aber die Zuständigen Mitarbeiter immer einsichtig und freundlich waren gibt es einen 2. Stern! The company was commissioned by me to repair the damage to the roof of my VW Golf Variant. The damage to the roof of my car was the result of a storm caused by a broken branch. The repair took 5 weeks. The following defects were found during the pickup: 1. Very badly painted or puttied (dents in the carrier). 2. Paint splatter, paint edges from masking off at various places etc. 3. Scratched windscreen (has been removed) 4.Grind the rubber of the windscreen (from the polishing machine) So the car stayed in the workshop for a week. When picking up, there were again splashes of paint which were immediately removed with the polishing machine. The painting of the roof was now acceptable although as a layperson I can clearly see the difference to the factory paint (it certainly won't get any better ...). In the entry area I unfortunately had to find new damage (dent in the paint and stone chip protection). This damage will be repaired at the next service (confirmed in writing). Unfortunately I cannot make any recommendations for this workshop based on the above experience. Normally I would only award one star, but because the responsible staff were always insightful and friendly, there is a second star!

Kümmern sich auch zuvorkommend un mein altes Auto und haben es wieder flott gemacht. Great service and advice. Although I showed up without an appointment and was very busy.
