C	Cathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely will stay again. The hotel is situated in a excellent location, nearby shops. Parking is convenient and also the view is great!

Only the parking lots depends on every entry which is not convenient if we wanted to come and go many times in a day. Staffs are all very friendly and very quick to pick up the empty plate..could leave a bit time…felt a bit pressure..but staffs are super!!!

However, we had the bad timing of visiting the first week in August when the local Kirchtag is celebrated... not necessarily a bad thing, but the hotel hosts live music that plays outdoors until 23:00 ish, making for very short nights.

Imagine waking up in the morning, opening the shades and you have a look on the mountains, the river and the city. The team was very kind, helpful and super fair. I would recommend to go there and enjoy the beautiful Villach.

But most of all, the service was exceptional. Special thanks to the wonderful Emra at the reception: she was extremely kind, helpful, welcoming and caring. She made our stay so much pleasant! Thanks, Emra.
J	John Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast has a large variety. The kitchen will also prepare special orders. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location is great, parking is direct access to the hotel and you can easily walk to many restaurants and a brewery. It is also close to an amazing walking/bike path. The rooms are comfortable, clean, relatively spacious and in great condition. The staff has been great each time I have visited the hotel. The bar and restaurant are quite good as well. Should I have the occasion to be in the area again, this would certainly be my hotel of choice.
