★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a beautiful view. It far from the city center which is nice, BUT if you want to eat there are two options: the Italian restaurant nearby or a 30 minutes walking to the city center. There is not restaurant at this hotel. You cannot eat there as it says on the website. We can have breakfast (minimum expected). And the breakfast is very bad.
For a wellness centre, it is a very strange place. The food is very bad with Aldi stuff (Aldi's products are well known for being very bad). The bars/night club is very loud + drunk people, which disturb to sleep.
The whole hotel is very smelly. Guests can smoke on their little balconies and the smoke goes into your room. So for a non smoker (like us) it is really disgusting.
The isolation is very bad and you can hear the TV, people talking in the other room.
Staff were friendly, but very inefficient. I asked for a lactose free milk and I was told it was going to be provided for the next day. I was told it would not be a problem at all....it was never provided.
Summary: beautiful view; very loud; very smelly; bad quality breakfast; restaurant is currently closed; bar/ night club not pleasant; wellness????
