Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden. Very experienced and courteous staff. Exactly what we needed to start a business. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best deal. We were and are very satisfied.

Man wird von oben herunter angesehen und wenn man das SIE ansprechen vergessen hat bekommt man es mit der Angst zu tun den dann wird man behandelt wie auf der Baustelle... Mit Aussagen wie "bei du sind wir noch lange nicht mein Herr usw",.. Bevor ich diese Filiale nochmal besuche fahr ich lieber 20min in meine alte hausfiliale nach Ferndorf wo die Kundenbetreuung nicht glaub sie ist was besseres... Ich glaube da hat wer sein Beruf verfehlt.. Und das war nicht das erste Mal das man von dieser Kundenbetreuung so abwertend betreut wird Unfriendly and unprofessional that describes the customer service Martina PICHLER ... You are looked at from above and if you forget to speak to YOU you are afraid that you will be treated like on the construction site ... With statements like "with you we are far from being my master, etc.", .. Before I visit this branch again, I prefer to drive 20 minutes to my old house in Ferndorf where the customer service does not believe it is something better ... I think that who has missed his job .. And that was not the first time that this customer service looked after you in such a disparaging way

Fahre lieber 20km weiter zu meiner Bankfiliale bevor ich hier nochmal einen Fuß reinsetze. Very dissatisfied .. the employee at the counter was very rude ... as a customer you immediately feel uncomfortable when you have the feeling that you are disturbing the people in their everyday life. Better drive 20km to my bank branch before I set foot in here again.
