I came in quite late and they greeted me with pleasure and smile, answered all my questions with deep understanding and were very friendly and professional. They tell you in the beginning everything you need to know about your stay to make it easy. The room was clean and nice, everything was there even some desinfication towels if you need them. The breakfast was nice and rich, with fruits and a big choice of meals. The only thing missing were some single use hygiene items in the bathroom (toothpaste etc.). I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel and come back again too.
D	Dávid Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, modern building, with elevator. The rooms are comfortable, with a great view to the mountains. The hotel has its own parking, easy to leave your car there. Bike locker, also. My only problem was that there isn't enough space in the room to store your things, also there aren't any fridges.
v	visnja jurisic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hote was very close to Warmbad Villach , it took only 5 min with the car , olso in the near of the city center. The room was very clean and nice , and the staff at the reception very polite and helpful . We wil back defenitely.

G	Gloria De Monte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a short yet very nice stay at this hotel. I could park my bike in a locked garage, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. I had a problem with the electricity in my room and the staff at the reception helped me straight away and fixed the issue. Breakfast was alright. I can definitely recommend this hotel to single travellers.
C	Cosimo Lamacchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not book a room personally but 2 disable person, my relatives, did and the feedback was very positive. The staff was very kind and they were always willing to help them. The breakfast was also good and international. The disable room bathroom was really nice and big. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 star because the room itself was very small, it is not planned for be able to move everywhere with the wheelchair. Moreover the room is not planned to have a double bed but 2 single bed not close to each other which are not really comfortable for disable persons. Whoever planned the room was not expert at all in disability which makes me really sad since the Hotel is really new. I hope there will be some improvement in the future because overall is a really nice place
V	Valeria Buset on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as a manager of in-house b&b, I am sometimes skeptical of the treatment of budget hotel chains. But I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the rich breakfast, the services are essential but fully functional.
J	Jeroen Berghuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s basic accommodation done very well. Clean, strong WiFi, ample free parking and friendly staff. Waking distance from city center. No frills but a step up from your average B&B hotels. Clearly managed with love and care. Villach is nice as well.
