Im Vorfeld Versprechungen die nach dem Kauf nicht aufrecht gehalten werden. Ein Service mit Mängeln, Lieferungen von Verbrauchsmaterial teilweise mit erheblichen Lieferzeiten von Wochen und wenn man sich beschwert wird der Stecker gezogen. Nachtrag vom 31.10.18: Die Situation hat sich seit meinem letzten Beitrag hinsichtlich Liefersituation und Service erheblich zum Positiven verändert. Die alte GF, die sich um Kundenbelange wenig gekümmert hat, wurde erfreulicherweise abgelöst. Mit der neuen GF hat sich die Zusammenarbeit mit Kalle Repromedia wieder positiv verändert. Ein kompetenter Partner, bei dem man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. I bought a Mimaki printing system from Kalle and had all-round bad experiences with this company and especially with the management team of this company. Promises in advance that are not kept after the purchase. A service with defects, deliveries of consumables sometimes with considerable delivery times of weeks and if you complain the plug is pulled. Addendum from October 31, 2018: The situation has changed significantly for the better since my last post with regard to the delivery situation and service. The old GF, which paid little attention to customer concerns, was happily replaced. With the new GF, the cooperation with Kalle Repromedia has changed positively again. A competent partner with whom you feel that you are in good hands.
