★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat ewig gedauert - ca. 4 Wochen.
Da es in D auch frei bestellbare Fun-Kennzeichen, z.B. für den Hobbykeller gibt, hatte ich nicht berücksichtigt, dass das Gelieferte lediglich 5x20 cm groß ist. Eine einfache gestanze Blechplatte mit aufgeklebtem, vorher im Farbdrucker hergestellten Klebestreifen.
Obwohl ich - an der Adresse erkennbar - 800 km entfernt wohne, stellte man das Schild "zur Abholung" bereit. Was keine €10 wert ist, wurde erstmal für €24,90 hergestellt. Für den Verand musste ich dann weitere €16,90 bezahlen - das Teil versende ich für €3,- nach Österreich. Zusätzlich fielen dann nochmal €10 Gebühren an.
So hab ich über €50 für so ein winziges Billigteil bezahlt. Das Design passt, die Leistung ist aber keine €20 wert.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Took forever - about 4 weeks.
Since there are also fun license plates that can be ordered freely in Germany, e.g. for the hobby room, I had not taken into account that what was delivered was only 5x20 cm in size. A simple stamped sheet of metal with an adhesive strip previously printed on a color printer glued on.
Although I live 800 km away - as can be seen from the address - the sign "for collection" was provided. What is not worth €10 was first made for €24.90. I then had to pay another €16.90 for shipping - I can send the part to Austria for €3. In addition, there was a fee of €10 again.
So I paid over €50 for such a tiny cheap part. The design fits, but the performance is not worth €20.
I am very disappointed.

The staff informed me of everything and were ready to answer the questions I had. All in all I can say I am very pleased with the worked they have done and would recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to scan a poster, the problem with the poster was that it was rolled and shipped in a way that it was technically infeasible to scan it according to the front desk.
I would be happy with this explanation, and move on, even consider making it feasible for the scanner, return.
However, how this answer was presented to me was rude, dismissive, and arrogant.
The person sitting at the front desk told to my face "I don't care", pretended to do something then shake me off as quickly as possible.
The technical background looks professional, on the other hand, my first impression regarding customer care was extremely and overwhelmingly negative.
