★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wenn wer was zu versenden hat und nicht auf Post angewiesen sein möchte, die Sendung auch professionell verpackt werden soll und nebenbei auch gleich 5000 Einladungen zur Geburtstagsparty auch verschickt werden sollen an 5000 Empfänger - dann seit Ihr hier richtig bei Mail Boxes Etc. sehr nettes Team. Kommt vorbei und testet mal die Services und Dienstleistungen, die hier angeboten werden (übrigens auch östereichweit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage des Geschäftslokals ist etwas abgeschieden für den Zweck, als UPS Partner zu agieren. Aber sei´s drum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstüre. Dafür gibts schon mal 2 Sterne... Man betritt das Geschäftslokal, es sieht für einen Lettershop vernünftig aus. Man grüßt, wird von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter freundlich zurück gegrüßt. Das macht doch schon mal einen guten Eindruck. Dann sagt man dem Mitarbeiter, dass man bitte ein UPS Paket versenden möchte. Schlagartig ändert sich die Stimmung des Mitarbeiters. Aus und vorbei, seine freundliche Einstellung. Statt dessen gibt es nun nur noch knappe, akustisch unfreundliche Antworten. Dann seine Frage "Mail oder SMS?", die ich leider nicht sofort beantworten konnte, da mir nicht klar war, was er meint. Mit rollenden augen kam dann noch seine "Zusatzinfo": "na fian Beleg". Zum Abschied hat mich der Mitarbeiter dann nicht mal mehr gegrüßt. Ja vielleicht war er gerade schwerst enttäuscht, weil ich keinen Versandauftrag in Millionenhöhe anzubieten hatte. Extrem unprofessionell, dieser Mitarbeiter. Sowas hinterlässt jedenfalls einen geschäftschädigenden Gesamteindruck zurück. Daher nur 2 Sterne.

That makes a good impression. Then you tell the employee that you would like to send a UPS package, please. The employee's mood changes suddenly. Over and over, his friendly attitude. Instead, there are now only brief, acoustically unfriendly answers. Then his question "Mail or SMS?", Which I unfortunately couldn't answer immediately because I wasn't sure what he meant. With rolling eyes came his "additional info": "na fian receipt". When I said goodbye, the employee didn't even greet me. Yes, maybe he was really disappointed at the moment because I didn't have a shipping order worth millions. Extremely unprofessional, this employee. Something like that leaves an overall impression that is damaging to business. Therefore only 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total unhöflicher Mitarbeiter! Unglaublich, ist genervt, unprofessionell und nach einer Nachfrage, da ein Paket nicht auffindbar war und auch keine Bestätigung kam, legt er mitten im Gespräch auf! Soetwas gehört bitte nicht zum Kunden, maximal in ein Lager zum Paket schlichten!
Totally rude employee! Unbelievable, is annoyed, unprofessional and after asking because a package could not be found and no confirmation came, he hangs up in the middle of the conversation! Something like that please does not belong to the customer, at most put it in a warehouse for the package!

Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz mit Kreditkarte möglich, die erste Stunde ist gratis.
Not easy to find magazine for shipments from UPS. Closed on the weekend. Friendly and efficient staff mitigate the hassle of having to pick up packages yourself.
Access to the car park possible by credit card, the first hour is free.
