Ob bei der Terminvergabe am Telefon oder direkt vor Ort! Pünktlich zum ausgemachten Termin wurde ich aufgerufen und vorgegebene Dauer waren 30 Minuten, sie waren aber schneller fertig!
 VERY friendly and accommodating!
Whether in the appointment on the phone or directly on site! Punctually to the agreed date I was called and given duration was 30 minutes, but they were done faster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma KFZ-BAUER GmbH aus Willendorf dankt herzlich für den überaus schnellen & unkomplizierten Termin (überhaupt in der Urlaubszeit). In allen anderen niederösterreichischen Landesbezirksprüfstellen betrug die Wartezeit auf eine Begutachtung jeglicher Art (Paragraph 56,57a,...usw.) über 1-2 Monate!
Das Personal in Büro & Werkstatt ist Top.
Ein persönlicher Dank nochmal an die Dame vom Empfang & an den Werkstättenleiter!
An diesem Standort wird Kompetenz & Fachwissen noch groß geschrieben, die Kollegen sind sehr kundenfreundlich!

The company KFZ-BAUER GmbH from Willendorf would like to thank you very much for the extremely quick and uncomplicated appointment (especially during the vacation period). In all other Lower Austrian provincial district inspection offices, the waiting time for an assessment of any kind (Paragraph 56, 57a, ... etc.) was over 1-2 months!
The staff in the office and workshop is top.

At this location, competence and specialist knowledge are still very important, the colleagues are very customer-friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Moped gebraucht gekauft welches vom Vorbesitzer getunt war und daher ein §56 Eintrag vorhanden. -> Wurde zurückgebaut und war gestern zur Überprüfung. Ich kann nur sagen, alle waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem nachdem ich Schussel das Moped schlecht festgezurrt hatte und beim Transport umgefallen war und somit abgesoffen, vom gelockerten Spiegel spreche ich gar nicht. Die Prüfung war zwar negativ, aber das ist in Ordnung. Es geht um mein Leben und wenn es nicht fahrsicher ist, profitiere ja im Endeffekt ja ich und kein anderer. Die Gesetze machen ja nicht die Angestellten dort sondern das Land Österreich. Ich kann nur sagen -> Top, alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben einem über alles Auskunft wenn man manch Punkte am Bericht nicht versteht. Die Negativrezessionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Man muss nicht negativ bewerten wenn man doch wissentlich gegen das Gesetz was ändert, man erwischt wird und dieses dann überprüft wird. ;) Also ich würde sie jederzeit wieder empfehlen.
I bought a used moped which was tuned by the previous owner and therefore has a §56 entry. -> Was dismantled and was checked yesterday. I can only say that everyone was very, very friendly and helpful, especially after I had badly lashed the moped and fell over during the transport and thus drowned, I do not speak of the loosened mirror. The test was negative, but that's okay. It's about my life and if it's not safe to drive, in the end I and no one else will benefit. The laws are not made by the employees there, but by the country of Austria. I can only say -> Great, all very friendly, helpful and give you information about everything if you don't understand some of the points in the report. I cannot understand the negative recessions. You don't have to judge negatively if you knowingly change something against the law, get caught and this is then checked. ;) I would recommend it again at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute einen Termin wegen Alufelgen Typisierung , hat mir leider niemand gesagt das man einen Typenschein mitbringen muss. Termin natürlich geplatzt. Laut nachträglichen Telefonat sollte das logisch sein. Naja für mich nicht, sonst hätte ich mir keinen Urlaubstag genommenen. Bin sauer.
Had an appointment today for alloy rims typing, unfortunately nobody told me that you had to bring a type certificate. The appointment was canceled, of course. According to the subsequent phone call, that should be logical. Well not for me, otherwise I wouldn't have taken a vacation day. I'm angry.

Every examiner makes his own rules (especially Mr. M.N.), different every day, no legal certainty at all between information and examination.
