★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were refurbishing at the time of our visit so I think the size of the shop was half the size of what it's going to be. Not as pleasant as experience as the Barcelona Versace, the staff in Barcelona were very friendly and took photos of us and let us have a good look around. Felt a little intimated and uncomfortable in Vienna, possibly because I was wearing jeans... Do own 2 Versace handbags and a Gianni Versace necklace so maybe I should have worn them, did want to purchase a watch but hey ho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service for attention the customer very poor, we buy something but the saleswoman was not friendly, without smile, none attention, we spend 40 minutes in shop,none ask about do you drink something or meybe I help you ?! only watching, meybe if you spend 250-300€ is nothing, but for this reason we not buy more than we want, because was unfriendly staff. More patients ,smile ! You never know who have money and want spend , for this reason you loose clients. Not recommend.
