Vor einer Woche war ich in der Filiale und kann aus eigener Erfahrung sagen, dass die zwei blonden Damen ausgesprochen nett, sehr zuvorkommend sind und sich sehr bemühen. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich ebenso darüber, dass die Damen auch gerne mit den Kindern gespielt und sie auch mit Gummibärchen und Luftballone verwöhnt haben! I'm very surprised about the negative reviews. A week ago I was in the store and can say from my own experience that the two blond ladies are very nice, very accommodating and try hard. I was also very happy that the ladies also enjoyed playing with the children and spoiled them with gummy bears and balloons!

Sie schimpfte und verhielt sich als hätten wir etwas falsch gemacht. Ich schreibe die Rezension da dies schon das zweite Mal ist, dass wir von dieser Dame so unfreundlich behandelt wurden. Unverständlich wie so eine Person als Verkäuferin arbeiten kann. Einkaufserlebnis gleich null. We wanted to give something back but the older lady with the blond hair was very rude and got very loud. She scolded and acted as if we had done something wrong. I write the review as this is the second time we have been treated so rudely by this lady. Incomprehensible how such a person can work as a saleswoman. Shopping experience is zero.

Ich besuche dieses Kindermoden Geschäft schon seit vielen Jahren und muss sagen das ich alle Damen die dort arbeiten sehr bewundere was sie oft für Geduld aufbringen müssen, mit unfreundlichen und gestressten Kunden! Zum Einkaufen sollte man Zeit einplanen und nicht sich selbst und die Mitarbeiter stressen, den warten muss man überall. Ich habe viele Situationen in dem Geschäft erlebt und muss lobend sagen das die Damen immer nett und freundlich reagiert haben. Hut ab! Very friendly and competent! I have been visiting this children's fashion shop for many years and have to say that I admire all the women who work there very often, which they have to be patient with, with unfriendly and stressed customers! You should plan time for shopping and not stress yourself and your employees, you have to wait everywhere. I have experienced many situations in the business and I have to praise that the ladies always reacted nicely and kindly. Hats off!

Eine zog es vor laute Privatgespräche zu führen (die ich zudem nicht als politisch korrekt empfand), statt nachzufragen ob sie behilflich sein kann. Ich bat dann um Hilfe, bekam eine schnelle Antwort ohne Motivation mich weiter zu beraten. Stattdessen wies mich die Dame darauf hin dass ich das Kleidungsstück nicht korrekt zurückhängt habe (ich habe den Kleiderhaken verkehrt herum aufgehängt). The children's fashion is delightful! I shop regularly and have a paid membership. Not all women are friendly. One preferred to have loud private conversations (which I also didn't find politically correct) instead of asking if she could be helpful. I then asked for help, got a quick response without motivation to advise me further. Instead, the lady pointed out that I didn't hang the garment back correctly (I hung the coat hook upside down).

Jede Frage ist zu viel, haben oft überhaupt keine Ahnung was das Treueprogramm angeht und sind auch noch unfreundlich. Man sollte genauer hinschauen wen man einstellt. War jetzt schon so oft da weil ich die Mode gerne kaufe für mein Kind aber die Verkäuferinnen sind das aller letzte! Very unfriendly staff! I ordered 28.11 Jacadi dress with delivery to the shop in 3 days.07.12 Ive got email that my order is waiting in the shop, I come to the shop but the employee told me that its not there. 10.12 Ive got reminder to pick up my order but The shop didn't have it again.I wrote email to customer service but they didn't reply.16.12 I visited the shop again and nothing changed. When I called to customer service they only said "probably your order is lost and we make a refund"....The system between emails/reminders and the shops doesn't work! I spent a lot of time to come to the shop because email said that my order is waiting...
