Latent aggressiv und hat mich dann auch noch in die Warteschlange bei den Wiener Netzen geschickt obwohl laut Wiener Netzen sie das selbst machen hätten können und normalerweise auch tun. The rudest customer service desk ever. Latently aggressive and then also put me in the queue at the Wiener Netzen, although according to Wiener Netzen they could and normally would have done it themselves.
A	André Kinney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vertrag wurde einseitig von seiten Verbund einfach aufgelöst. Ohne Information an mich, ohne Kündigung meinerseits... Ich musste mich dann neuerlich anmelden und hatte innerhalb von 3 Monaten Strombezug prompt eine Nachzahlung von über EUR 100 und einen Teilbetrag von EUR 122 !!! EINE FRECHHEIT!!! The contract was simply terminated unilaterally by Verbund. Without informing me, without giving notice on my part ... I then had to register again and within 3 months I had promptly an additional payment of over EUR 100 and a partial amount of EUR 122 !!! AN IMPUDENCE!!!

Meiner Meinung nach eine bodenlose Frechheit, ich habe nach 6 Tagen ohne Strom das Widerrufsrecht Formular ausgefüllt, denn es ist eine Schweinerei Kunden so zu behandeln, nachdem ich JEDEN Tag anrufen musste um überhaupt Informationen zu bekommen wurde weiterhin ignoriert dass ich alle meine Lebensmittel wegwerfen musste, mir Strom für mein handy von den Nachbarn schnorren musste und zum Duschen zur Familie fahren musste!! Ich war echt am verzweifeln und habe jedes mal gebettelt, die Sache als dringend zu vermerken und rasch zu erledigen!! Absolut Inkompetent nie, nie, nie wieder einen Vertrag bei Verbund machen. Ihr A**löcher treibt Menschen zur Verzweiflung, hoffentlich schämt ihr euch!! Just don't make a contract! In my opinion, a bottomless cheek, after 6 days without electricity, I filled out the right of withdrawal form, because it is a mess to treat customers like that, after I had to call EVERY day to get any information, I was still ignored that I had to throw away all my groceries , had to scrounge up electricity for my cell phone from the neighbors and drive to the family to take a shower! I was really desperate and every time I begged to note the matter as urgent and to get it done quickly! Absolutely incompetent, never, never, never sign a contract with Verbund again. You a ** holes drive people to despair, I hope you are ashamed!
E	Erich Homolka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2014 Kunde, nach Wechsel von Wien Energie, soweit so gut. Beim Wechsel sah man daß der Vertrag auf meine Mutter lief. Die Dame teilte mir mit daß sie alles erledigt. Bis Januar 2022 wurde das nicht erledigt!! Jetzt teilte man mir mit, daß der Vertrag ungültig ist weil meine Mutter inzwischen vier Jahre verstorben ist. Obwohl ich jedes Jahr urgiert habe, daß meine Mutter hier nicht wohnt, bzw schon verstorben ist. Erst jetzt weil ich eine viel schlechteren Vertrag bekomme,machen sie sich wichtig!!! Service ist fies aber noch schlimmer die Buchhaltung weil ich acht Jahre eine Karteileiche war? Customer since 2014, after moving from Wien Energie, so far so good. When you changed you could see that the contract ran on my mother. The lady informed me that she would take care of everything. Until January 2022 this was not done!! I have now been informed that the contract is invalid because my mother has now been dead for four years. Although every year I urged that my mother doesn't live here or that she has already passed away. Only now, because I get a much worse contract, do they make themselves important!!! Service is nasty but the accounting is even worse because I was a dead card for eight years ?
P	Przem Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowas habe ich heute nach Verbund geschickt. Unglaublich! Hallo. Ich schreibe über eine unglaubliche Angelegenheit. Ich war vom 07.09.2021 bis 12.07.2021 Ihr Kunde. Für diese 3 Monate habe ich eine Rechnung von 356 € bezahlt, mein Energieverbrauch war in dieser Zeit gering. Ich hatte mit einer Rückerstattung gerechnet, aber heute wurden 257 € von meinem Konto abgebucht. Das sind erstaunliche 613,04 € für 3 Monate Lieferung !! Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass die Wohnung nur 42m2 groß ist! Bitte weisen Sie die aufgewendete Energie nach oder einen großen Teil meines Geldes zurück, ansonsten werde ich mich auf die Suche nach einem Anwalt machen ... Mit freundlichen Grüßen I sent something like this to Verbund today. Unbelievable! Hello. I am writing about an incredible matter. I was your customer from September 7th, 2021 to July 12th, 2021. For these 3 months I paid a bill of 356 €, my energy consumption was low during this time. I was expecting a refund but today €257 was taken from my account. That's an amazing €613.04 for 3 months delivery!! I would like to point out that the apartment is only 42m2! Please prove the energy expended or a large part of my money back, otherwise I will start looking for a lawyer... Best regards

It took 2 days of calling to find out that something was written wrong and some numbers missing - could you not have said it much much earlier??? Now they say the contract is with Netzer company and those say they don't have it... ridiculous!!! We are sitting three days without electricity - 21st century!!!
