â â â â â Mir ist schon klar, dass die Kunden der Hausverwaltung nicht die Mieter sondern die EigentĂŒmer sind. Dennoch, dass Anfragen von einem Mieter einfach ignoriert werden finde ich unprofessionell.
It is clear to me that the property management customers are not the tenants but the owners. Nevertheless, I find it unprofessional that inquiries from tenants are simply ignored.

â â â â â Leider sehr unzuverlĂ€ssiges Service, Mitarbeiter so gut wie nie erreichbar, kĂŒmmern sich nicht wirklich um Anliegen der zu betreuenden Liegenschaft, erst nach zigmaligem Nachfragen wird mit dem arbeiten begonnen. Einfach ein katastrophaler Kundenservice.
Hier stimmt das Preis LeistungsverhÀltnis ganz und gar nicht.
Zudem beauftragt diese Verwaltung in Eigenregie und ohne RĂŒcksprache mit den EigentĂŒmern diverse Firmen mit Wucher Preisen und beauftragt Gutachten die nie von den EigentĂŒmern angesprochen/verlangt wurden und verrechnen diese dann einfach den EigentĂŒmern in der Jahresabrechnung! Diese hat zudem auch unzulĂ€ssige Positionen enthalten. Auch mit anderen Personen gesprochen die von dieser Firma betreut werden und da lĂ€uft es ebenfalls genauso! Scheinbar eine Masche dieser Verwaltung. HĂ€nde weg von dieser Firma, all die positiven Bewertungen sind eindeutig Eigenbewertungen!!!! Unsere Liegenschaft hat mittlerweile zum GlĂŒck schon eine andere Hausverwaltung gefunden!
Unfortunately, very unreliable service, employees almost never available, do not really care about the concerns of the property to be looked after, work only begins after umpteen inquiries. Simply disastrous customer service.
Here the price-performance ratio is not at all right.
In addition, this administration commissioned various companies with usurious prices on its own and without consulting the owners and commissioned reports that were never addressed / requested by the owners and then simply offset these to the owners in the annual statement! This also contained inadmissible positions. Also spoken to other people who are looked after by this company and it works the same way! Apparently a scam of this administration. Hands off this company, all the positive reviews are clearly self-evaluations !!!! Fortunately, our property has already found another property manager!
