Ich habe in Köln bei dieser Kette einen Schuh gekauft - der hat sich leider als etwas zu groß in Wien herausgestellt, und beim gehen seitlich geklafft. Der Schuh wurde gegen einen anderen in Wien umgetauscht, womit ich nicht gerechnet hätte und sehr sehr erfreut war dass die so kundenfreundlich agieren. Sehr schöne Schuhe von sehr guter europäischer Qualität, zu einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältniß. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage Really a great deal and chain. I bought a shoe from this chain in Cologne - unfortunately it turned out to be a bit too big in Vienna and gaped sideways when I walked. The shoe was exchanged for another one in Vienna, which I would not have expected and was very pleased that they act so customer-friendly. They charged my credit card for 260 euros, they claim that they have not received the money and do not want to pay me back, even though I sent them the certificate from my bank that they have debited my credit card. Now starting official procedure with them. Until they pay me back I will keep this 1 start review.
