Die hervorragende Beratung, Erklärung und Geduld des Maklers hat mir sehr geholfen, mich beim großen Angebot an Wohnungen zurecht zu finden und die richtige für mich zu finden. Teilweise waren daher einzelne Dinge für mich doppelt zu machen. Ebenfalls für mich störend und an sich ein derzeit großer Wettbewerbsnachteil ist der Umstand, dass man für Vorsorgewohnungen (anders als bei einem anderen Anbieter) auch trotz mehrfacher Urgenz - auch im Büro der VENTA in Graz noch immer keinen Faktor für den Grundkostenanteil bekommt. Angeblich ist dieser in Arbeit - das dauert aber schon viele Monate ??? Ob die AFA Basis nur 70 % oder doch höher ist macht doch einen Unterschied. Abgesehen davon - das wird schon klappen ist aber alles ok. Advice and purchase were very good. Disturbing for me are the many different people. Also annoying for me and in itself a major competitive disadvantage is the fact that for retirement apartments (unlike another provider) despite multiple urgency - even in the office of VENTA in Graz still gets no factor for the basic cost portion. Sehr hilfsbereite, lösungsorientierte Hausverwaltung bei Wünschen jeglicher Art. Gewissenhafte Bauabwicklung und Übergabe der Wohnung. Sowie familiäre Atmosphäre im Betrieb. Nur weiter so!! Very competent advice on questions concerning the purchase of investor or owner-occupied apartments. Very helpful, solution-oriented property management at wishes of any kind. Conscientious construction and handing over the apartment. As well as family atmosphere in the company. Keep it up !!
