★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Immobilienmarkler sind sehr inkompetent - wenn ich als Laie erklären muss wie man eine Wohnung am besten vermietet und wie man die Vorzüge der Wohnung am besten vermarktet muss ich mich schon fragen welche Leute da zum Einsatz kommen! Zumindest ein bisschen eine Ahnung sollte man von der Wohnung die man vermieten möchte doch haben! Aber nicht mal Fragen wie hat diese Wohnung einen Keller dabei können beantwortet
werden - geschweige den sonstige Details! Sehr traurig!
Auch Entgegenkommen meinerseits werden schamlos ausgenutzt und man wird offensichtlich angelogen sowohl am Telefon als auch beim persönlichen Gespräch-sehr unprofessionell!
Kann ich mit 0 Punkten nicht weiter empfehlen
The real estate marketers are very incompetent - if I have to explain as a layman how to rent a flat s.besten and how to best market the benefits of the apartment, I have to ask myself what people are used there! At least a little bit of an idea should have from the apartment you want to rent that! But not even questions like this apartment to a basement it answered
be - let alone the other details! Very sad!
Even accommodating on my part are shamelessly exploited and one is obviously lied to both the phone and the personal conversation-very unprofessional!
