★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top und schneller Service. Bemerkte auf einen Donnerstagabend einen undichten Wasserboiler in meiner Mietwohnung, welchen ich Freitagvormittag meldete. Es wurde sofort auf mein Anliegen reagiert und bereits 2h nach meiner Meldung standen 2 Techniker vor der Tür die den defekten Boiler austauschten. Somit war das Problem nach der Meldung bereits nach ca. 3h erledigt. Bin vom Service, Reaktionszeit und Professionalität total begeistert.
Top and fast service. On a Thursday evening I noticed a leaking water boiler in my rented apartment, which I reported on Friday morning. My request was responded to immediately and 2 hours after my report, 2 technicians were standing in front of the door to replace the defective boiler. Thus the problem was resolved after approx. 3 hours after the report. I am totally enthusiastic about the service, reaction time and professionalism.
