★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tiny shopping center in the middle of Jakominiplatz, the central transfer point in Graz. It has the basic shops, a drug STORE (DM), grocerie store (Billa), and some department stored like NKD and another boutique. It also has a really good fitness center FitInn and on the roof you have one of the most popular restaurants in Graz, Area 5.
You also have a bank and ATM at the entrance (Raiffeisen).
It's practical and it's always on your way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small mall in the middle of the city. Has a bank, grocery store, bar, some coffee shops, and some home goods stores in it. Very convenient when you are passing through Jakominiplatz.

Seats scattered around for just chil,random charging point for your accessories.
