★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine sehr unfreundliche Dame am Telefon, antwortet auf Fragen mit Gegenfragen. Wurde von ihr unfreundlich auf die Internetseite/Postfach verwiesen und mein Vertrag wurde nach lautem Schnaufen erst raus gesucht. Werde nie wieder anrufen und alles nur per Mail klären.
Unfortunately, a very unfriendly lady on the phone answers questions with counter-questions. Was referred to the website / PO box in an unfriendly manner and my contract was searched for after a loud panting. Will never call again and just clarify everything by email.
