★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemose Abwicklung der Kfz Versicherung, freundliches Team, bin zufrieden! Aber Achtung Versicherung ist geeignet für Gebrauchtwagen, keine Sachgemäße Volkassko Schaden Abwicklung bei Neuwagen.
 Problem-free handling of the car insurance, friendly team, I am satisfied! But be careful, insurance is suitable for used cars, no proper Volkassko damage processing for new cars.

Speechless how slowly damage is dealt with here. But as soon as you come with the lawyer, it's really quick...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich unseriös. Telefonisch ist kaum jemand erreichbar, abgebucht wird auch des Öfteren einmal zu viel , und wenn man jemanden erreichen sollte der sich zuständig fühlt , dauert es auch eine halbe Ewigkeit bis das Geld eventuell zurück kommt ..
For me dubious. Hardly anyone can be reached by phone, too much is often debited, and if you should reach someone who feels responsible, it will take an eternity until the money comes back ...

Euroherc ist mit Sicherheit die mieseste Versicherung mit der ich jemals zu tun hatte. Ein junger Bursche fuhr in meinen parkenden Wagen und verursachte einen Totalschaden.
Euroherc beginnt nun die Verzögerungs- und Hinhaltetaktik, für die sie anscheinend bekannt sind. Wehe dem, der einen Unfallgener hat, der bei Euroherc "versichert" ist.
Rezensionen mit ***** (5 Sterne) sind mit Sicherheit getürkt.

Euroherc is definitely the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. A young lad drove into my parked car and caused a total write-off.
Euroherc is now embarking on the delaying and stalling tactic they are apparently known for. Woe to anyone who has an accident who is "insured" with Euroherc.
Reviews with ***** (5 stars) are certainly faked.

Mitarbeitern am schalter (Alte Dame im EG Schadensabteilung in Wien Schönbrunner Strasse) ist WURST was ihre Kollegin am Telefon gesprochen oder vereinbart hat. Die bringt einen wirklich an Gedulds Grenze. Die ganze sternen in Rezensionen sind nicht Fake. Für ein Bestätigung über Bezahlte Schadensansprüche muss Anliegen über den Anwalt laufen. Wirklich allerletzte. Naja dann wird wird wohl eine Kunde weniger geben hahahahha
A catastrophe of insurance. Employees at the counter (old lady in the first floor damage department in Vienna Schönbrunner Strasse) is WURST what their colleague spoke or agreed on the phone. It really pushes you to the limit of your patience. All the stars in reviews are not fake. For confirmation of paid claims, concerns must go through the attorney. Really very last. Well then there will probably be one less customer hahahahha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Schadensfall ( Geschädigter) Die Abwicklung war sehr schnell. E-mail Antwort innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Habe ich mir ehrlich gesagt nicht gedacht, dass es so schnell geht ( Schmerzensgeld) und so unkompliziert.
Deshalb volle Punkteanzahl!
Had a case of damage (damaged person) The processing was very fast. E-mail reply within a short time. To be honest, I didn't think it would be so quick (damage compensation) and so uncomplicated.
Therefore full points!
