★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich eine schöne Bibliothek - leider jedoch wurden mir Mahnspesen 2 mal verrechnet und ich musste einen Betrag doppelt zahlen, da im System der Betrag als ‚nicht bezahlt‘ aufschien. Es wurde mir keine Kulanz zugesprochen, mir nicht entgegengekommen. Also ich empfehle, immer die Rechnung der Mahnspesen aufzubehalten, damit es dann nicht zu einem solchen Fall kommt.
Actually a nice library - unfortunately, I was charged 2 overdue fees and I had to pay an amount twice, because in the system the amount appeared as 'not paid'. No goodwill was awarded to me, I was not accommodated. So I recommend that you always keep the bill of dunning charges so that this does not happen.
