★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour ruined by the rude, bad attitude of the guide Clemens who unnecessarily had an over the top angry outburst because some of our group dared to go to the bathroom at the end of the tour. Completely uncalled for. Not worth the money, and not how to welcome visitors to your city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go for their guided tour which is covered by the SalzburgCard. I had the opportunity to be led by a highly knowledgeable guide who knew just about everything we threw at him. Also helped by the fact that the group was enthusiastic so the banter grew into something lively and highly engaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a matter of choice, I fount this place just okay. Need to be careful while selecting a guide else your whole trip will be ruined. Extremely expensive festival. If you love orchestra then visit this place. There are so many other things to do in Salzburg, I personally enjoyed the mesmerising view of mountains, delicious food.
